Great, professional plumber. Does it right the first time. Used them on two occasions--both to install sinks.

Eli Dumaguit was one of two technicians who came out today, and he educated me on way more than just scheduled maintenance. I now know the importance of having your air ducts and condenser coils cleaned. If dust is collecting on your air supply vent, you don't know what dead skin cells and other particles are blowing back into your room. For example, my place was built in 1974, and two diff owners lived here and changed hands before I became the homeowner in 2014. I'm looking at all this dust collecting on the air supply vent and wondering if the air ducts have ever been cleaned. That means I could have dead butt cells from 1974 blowing all into my rooms. But I wouldn't have known that if Eli didn't bring attention to it. Do you understand how disgusting that sounds? All that dust collecting on top of your books, tables and tapestries could contain dead skin butt cells. Go clean your air ducts everyone. Long story long, I made an appointment with Eli to take care of the dead butt cells circa 1974. And if your AC unit is installed on your roof like mine, you might have bird feathers blocking your condenser coils. Condenser coils basically release heat back into the open air and based on what Eli told me, failure to release heat efficiently leads to future problems and a shorter AC life span. Eli even compared pictures of my coils with my neighbor's coils. My neighbor's coils were so bad it looked like a black and white flamingo. But I don't like my neighbor, so I don't really care. My revenge is I'm not gonna tell him about 702 plumbAIR. Go call Bubba's Discount HVAC & BBQ. Shout out to Tyler Dale too, the second technician who came out that same morning to flush my water heater. He actually remembered me and my residence. His services were used during a past water overflow issue. He educated me on upgrades and improvements since mine is approaching its 10 year life expectancy. I've been living with this really "not good" water. The older you get, the things you neglected almost becomes 1st priority. So we talked about water softeners, reverse osmosis, and conditioners to help address minerals and sediment in the water, which can also affect the health of your hair and scalp in the shower. Women will instantly notice this one. But these upgrades will have to wait because I can't have too much going on at once. I gotta focus on the AC unit first, then I'll focus on the water heater. But it's good knowing you have a company that's consistent with valuable service and technicians who take the time to educate you and look out for you. Trust me, I've been through my fair amount of not so great technicians. 702 plumb AIR has been my last and final stop since 2021 or something around that year and they never miss.

Would absolutely never recommend this company…read more I hired this company in April of last year for an AC tune-up to get the system ready for the summer, especially with my in-laws coming to visit. Keep in mind, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the AC prior to this visit. The technician arrived and promptly started taking things apart only to tell me that the fan motor and dual-run capacitor were failing. Other than that, he essentially just hosed down the bottom of the AC unit, which honestly is something I could have done myself, and then put together an estimate for repairs that ended up costing over $2,700 before leaving. I was under the impression that an AC tune-up included basic cleaning and maintenance, including checking or cleaning the air filters and making sure the system was operating properly. Instead, the entire visit felt like it was focused on finding repairs to sell me rather than actually performing a tune-up. I ultimately declined the $2,700+ repair, and guess what? The AC is still working perfectly fine today. Based on my experience, it was very apparent that the technician was primarily focused on selling me a repair rather than providing the tune-up service I had requested. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company.

I had known for some time that a replacement was imminent but I procrastinated a bit too long. Using the Yelp contact feature, I urgently reached out to 4 or 5 different contractors to get someone out here as well as to get me a ballpark figure for a replacement. Water Heater Pros were among the first to respond as well as offer a time THAT DAY to perform the replacement and the associated costs. Talk about a no brainer! I was so happy and relieved! The tech was on time and soloed the whole deal. Really amazing to me. Fantastic work, clean, efficient, thorough and just like that we were back to hot water and no leaking. When you find a company that does what they say they will do for the price they quoted, you feel a sense of confidence knowing that there are still good folks out there doing an honest days work and Water Heater Pros is one of them.

I told him I needed to obtain a few more quotes before I made my decision. After obtaining two more quotes and reading past reviews, I hired Mundo. Mundo was professional and on time. He replaced the unit in approximately 1.5 hours. He did a great job on the installation and had the best price with an 8 year warranty on the water heater, along with a 4 years workmanship warranty. You won't find a better deal around.

After receiving estimates from twelve companies and narrowing the field to three strong finalists, Monkey Wrench Plumbing clearly stood out as the top choice. Their selection was based not only on fair and competitive pricing, but also on their outstanding professionalism, punctuality, and genuine respect for our family and property. From the very first visit, owner Joshua and technician Andy impressed me with their thoroughness. They took detailed photographs of all relevant areas, carefully explained the scope of work, and walked me through the entire process--from removing the problematic gray polybutylene piping and replacing it with high-quality PEX A to coordinating subsequent drywall and stucco restoration through their sister company. Joshua was refreshingly transparent, taking time to describe how his business operates without any pressure or upselling. Their communication remained excellent throughout. The team began work shortly after our agreement and completed the repiping in just five days. The quality of workmanship was evident, and the final inspection passed successfully on July 7th. Drywall restoration is scheduled to begin tomorrow, July 8th. Andy maintained regular contact, was readily available for any questions or concerns, and conducted himself with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism at every stage. I conducted thorough due diligence prior to hiring, and Monkey Wrench Plumbing is fully licensed, bonded, and highly rated across the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, and Google. They stand firmly behind their work and have made it clear that I should not hesitate to reach out for any future needs. I would recommend Monkey Wrench Plumbing without reservation to anyone requiring repiping or plumbing services. Joshua, Andy, and the entire team have set a benchmark for professionalism, integrity, and customer care. I am confident I will call on them again in the future and would give them the highest possible rating. Thank you, Joshua and Andy, for your outstanding service.

After taking to Walter about our options, we decided to upgrade to a whole house water filtration system and a tankless water heater. A day later - we have hot water again thanks to Sergio and Andy's quick and professional install. They totally rocked out the work - and are super nice guys as well. Once they finished the install, they told me how to maintain our new equipment, how to change filters, etc. Everyone at the company from reception, to quotes, to install were very nice, polite, prompt in communications and professional. We'll definitely be using them for any of our plumbing needs in the future.
