All it takes is some rain to make the internet connection useless. When I lived in Michigan it was the same way...it was so bad people in the area used to throw rocks through their windows after hours. I have no idea how a company can give such deplorable service and stay in business or not have a class action lawsuit against them. If you have ANY other option, take it!
