We both thought my hard drive and computer were "dead!" However, in less than twenty-four hours, Adam, who told me that he had never seen a hard drive with as much damage as mine, still was able to repair the damage, and then "clone" my hard drive onto a new computer. Voila! As I said, in less than twenty-four hours, I was up and running again, with ALL of my applications and data intact. It was miraculous. I can't say that this will always be the case with NTS, but I can assure you, they will do everything they can to fix whatever problem your computer may be having. Took the phone to his bench and looked at it, then said "I don't think it's cracked". He took the screen protector off, noticed it was cracked, then he cleaned the phones screen really well and verified, it wasn't cracked. Only the screen protector was cracked. I had no idea the accessory protective covers were made of glass, but yep, Jim said the good ones are, and this one did its job well. So instead of 95 bucks for the phone screen repair, I paid for a new protective cover for 14.99. It could have been so easy for me to just hand him the phone, me leave for an hour or so, then when picking it up could've charged 95 bucks and not know any difference.
