Said 1000 per phone. We have 6 phones in our family plan. Later when trying to pick out phones, this lady changes up the story and says they only get 3600 credit total. Doesn't add up. Manager comes out, tries to down talk my parents to get them to still pay a bunch of money. Down talking how much storage they need and blah blah blah. This place tried to take advantage of my older parents, but luckily they are smarter than that. Scam artists in training at this location. My family is sticking with Verizon.

All I want to say is, if you're a customer, pay attention to your contract. After the initial…read morecontract for my account which I believe was 36 months for my business, it automatically renewed for 12 months from then on. I needed to cancel recently, but fortunately I only had one month left on a contract I honestly didn't know I was on. If I'd waited one more month, they require the entire 12 month contract be paid in full. This is a BS policy and one that others do not require or enforce after the initial contract is fulfilled. Most others move you to a month to month. When I called to cancel, I was told they required a 30 day written notice, which I gave, and was told the date my service would end. I then received a new bill, so I called again and was told I had to pay for the remaining contract. So, pay attention to the contract so this won't happen to you. BTW, their service isn't all that great either, but my options were limited.

We called Simply Bits after hearing from our neighbor that they were a great option. They were correct! In over 2 years we've only had 1 or 2 service interruptions and it was only for about 20 min. 1 time we found out it was our router that was the problem when we called their customer support. How great is it to talk to a local support person who knows what they're talking about! We stream on 2 devices at the same time flawlessly at all times of day. I can watch my shows while my husband streams a game. The quality doesn't fluctuate like our cable provider's internet did. We're glad there is an alternative option for good quality Internet service in Tucson.
