Small window upstairs left it kind of warm so we opted to sleep on the murphy next to the open window and patio door. There is garage parking and you are close enough to everything in Vail that you dont need to drive. We saw a show at the amphitheater and it was only a mile away, the farthest we had to walk the entire weekend. This is a great spot, and a great lodging unit. The staff was super friendly and got us settled easy before scheduled check in. We'll definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend called up to check the price to upgrade to a room with a pull out couch for our friend and because there was a leak in our toilet, they gave us an upgrade to an incredible 1 bedroom with a fireplace, full kitchen and outdoor access to the pool and hot tubs. The staff was very friendly and we were greeted and asked how everything was going every time we left and entered. We will definitely be staying here again!

Despite my timely submission, the request was denied, citing a narrow 30-day window requirement, which left us feeling disheartened. Our subsequent attempts to address this issue directly with Vail Resorts were met with obstacles and evasions, exacerbating our frustration. After persistent efforts, we finally managed to speak with a manager named Denise and Chad. Regrettably, instead of providing assistance or understanding, she adamantly cited company policy, offering no flexibility or empathy. This lack of compassion is particularly distressing given the significant challenges our family faces due to my husband's job loss. I am not even asking for my money back, but merely just an extension so we can use the pass in 2024/25. In the end the company will still get the money, so I am not sure what the big deal is.

Licking stains on the wall, asphyxiating smoking smell and an unhanded looking hallway. The apartment 211 is a complete disappointment and a very low-bar offer by the Vail Resort Rentals: old old old, smell like old, the fridge makes a noise because it's from the 80s, stove and exhaust fan are also from the 80s, the bathrooms faucet, and shower are from the early 80s). The carpet is disgusting and the towels (stiff, small, and thin), pillows, and sheets lowest quality than from any Holiday Inn. This property could not be rented by Vail Resort Rentals, a company which supposedly provides good properties to rent,; instead, this property could simply be on Airbnb or vrbo, platforms that don't pretend to provide anything else than a means between landlord and tenants. For health issues, the smell is unbearable, trigging my husband's and my allergy. The smell is the non-negotiable item. Do yourself a favor, don't pay $999 per night here, don't trust the name this company used to inspire the customers, don't deal with "There's nothing we can do", "My manager has the day off today and tomorrow", "We've never had problems before", "I'll have the housekeeping take a look" (the housekeeping crew has a limit to what they are able to do in a 30+ year apartment). Instead, invest the exact same amount staying at The Marriot Vail Mountain Resort, a 5-star hotel for the same price. You will get what you want and the value your money worth. Most importantly, you will then enjoy your stay, be in a clean and healthy space, and be comfortable.

As we entered our car, jack told us to park in the garage and get a ticket next time and slammed the car door aggressively. We will be calling about this as well as it was completely inappropriate.
