We arrived at night with our car, there was a snow storm and hardly anything to see. We could not find the place easily. The complex is so large and we finally found a lobby and check in but there we were told there was another one. It was a quest. We ended up finding it. Then through the storm dragged our luggage looking for the right condo : another quest. When we found it, relief was great! It was spacious and cosy. Privacy for our group was perfect as you are isolated from other condos. Beautiful view. Balcony but it was snowed in. We found the pool and jacuzzi, these are amazing facilities that come with the place! We used kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It was an apartment for 6 but thanks to the large sofas in the living room and 2 extra mattresses, we managed to fit with 9. You need a car for groceries and going to the ski resorts.

Seeing how we've been in the mountains all day that is 100% not possible. She continued to say she "saw us" which is a crazy accusation unless she saw us in the mountains magically throwing trash into the parking lot. It's very disappointing seeing how the faculty treat guest.

Fitness room, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub... all of the amenities of a private spa. Each floor has small study or reading/meeting room in case you need to escape the family or friends for a couple hours. Private, covered parking gate access only. I have stayed here a few times (3-4x). Anne runs the place - amazing woman - she is the one you would call to inquire about rental availability. Anne can help find babysitter and knows BC and Avon so well, for whatever you may need. I am lucky that some of my best friends own a 5bd unit here because they have completely spoiled me with this heavenly, snowy experience. Spendy when available.

We booked a last minute condo managed by this company the day before our arrival date. After…read morebooking we received an email telling us that there was a payment issue. I re-entered my card info 2 different times and kept having issues. The morning of our arrival, I received an email saying that if I don't enter payment information, my reservation will be cancelled. I entered in a new card and called to try and sort it over the phone. No answer. Left a voicemail, and hoped that the new card information worked. Shortly after I received a cancellation email. Again, I called - No answer again. So I left another voicemail. I was able to get a hold of a person via the sales office number, who was finally able to get someone to call me back. They told me that the room was already rebooked because there is a wait list (mind you, I booked the room the night before our stay) and that there was absolutely nothing they could do, leaving us to find a place on our own. The lack of communication and they way they communicated the issue was completely unprofessional. For someone looking to have your property manage here, I can only assume that the other services they provide are equally as unprofessional. I'd want the piece of mind that the company managing my guests are treating them with the utmost importance. Next time, I'll be sure to avoid any property managed by this company.

We were going to be traveling to an event that has been tragically canceled. Unfortunately for my large group of 16 the majority of us had to cancel due to virus outbreak for safety and health issues. I was hoping to get a full refund due to the "epidemic disease and illness" section in airbnb's "extenuating circumstances" policy, but I was sadly mistaken. Every time I mention it to the hosts they always respond with the same soulless automated response of "we are sticking to our refund policy". I understand that they are a business and stick to policies, but I thought being in a pandemic there would a little sympathy. There is no sympathy to be found on their part even though multiple people in our party are currently sick with the coronavirus and have been advised to Quarantine. Currently I am waiting to here from the airbnb support team to see if I will be losing over $700 to this greedy terrible organization. My advice if you are looking for an airbnb go with literally any other option than the listings provided by this team. They do not treat you with respect and they do not treat you like any normal human would.

We notified the management right away and no one came until Wednesday (5 days after check in ). Finally HOA Dave and Grant has acknowledged the issue and quickly tried to fix it but still nothing. But Dave was able to get Hot water going and gave us a portable heater bc no heat, he said an electrician will be coming 1/23, 5 days after we have checked in wtf! Today is Thursday 1/23 as I'm writing this and still have no heat from the baseboard and only using a space heater HOA gave us. I will be cautious when renting here!

The complex had a great lower level with air hockey, shuttle board, billiards, hot tub, pool, fireplace, etc. This lower level is large and spacious so you do not feel like you are intruding on others if they are also in the space. The view off of the lower level is of a gurgling brook -- just gorgeous. Location is excellent as it is just outside of Vail. Easy to get to Vail, but not as many people in Avon. We found the location to be a great blend between a visit to Vail for people and activities and calm, quiet evenings. We hope to be back.

We chose to stay at The Ascent Residences based on the photos and prices, and reserved our stay through East West Resorts. I was very happy to see that the photos matched those posted on the internet, and our condo was extremely clean and spacious. As it is a newer unit(A108), it featured hardwood floors and a kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and granite countertops. The bathrooms were done in marble and the master has a whirlpool tub. What really made the trip special was the customer service provided by Annique the property manager and Greg, who takes care of the grounds and runs the shuttle. They both went above and beyond to answer every question we had, provided recommendations for places to go, and generally cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. We will return to The Ascent!

The bottom floor was the shared living space with a living room, kitchen stocked with essentials, and even a sauna. The condominiums have a community facility with both indoor and outdoor hot tubs. We noticed that an electrical heating mat was installed in the water very dangerously (drilled through coils) exposing an electrocution hazard. Also notable about our unit - two parking spots, wifi, fireplace, cable TV ok two large screens.

The only negative about the room is that it had a musky smell when we came in, but my aunt thinks of everything and saved us with febreeze! The pullout bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. The fireplace was easy to handle. There is a dishwasher in the room and laundry machines outside of the room. I wouldn't mind staying here again for the "ski-in, ski-out" experience"!
