I don't know how they have this many stars... we booked out 1 week (1/18-1/25) stay here. Landed on Saturday and checked in to find out that there's NO HEAT and NO HOT WATER during the winter vortex! We notified the management right away and no one came until Wednesday (5 days after check in ). Finally HOA Dave and Grant has acknowledged the issue and quickly tried to fix it but still nothing. But Dave was able to get Hot water going and gave us a portable heater bc no heat, he said an electrician will be coming 1/23, 5 days after we have checked in wtf! Today is Thursday 1/23 as I'm writing this and still have no heat from the baseboard and only using a space heater HOA gave us. I will be cautious when renting here! read more

This was hard to rate. For location and that I could ski a trail back to the room, it was great. Though I will add that it is a bit of a hike, up a slight grade to the snowflake lift, but still not bad. You definitely don't start cold!! The space was a good size. We had a 1 king BR, 2 bath unit. We were in 3D. There was a gas fireplace. Plenty of seating in the living room space as well as to eat. The decor and interior is a bit dated but not terrible. So we were a group of 3 and reserved as same. It has a sofa bed and the folder with room info indicates the sheets were folded within the bed. They were not. The office closed early, so we were not able to secure linens. Then the tv did not work. Now mind you, we're in Breckenridge and it's a cute little village to walk around, so maybe not that big of a deal. The problem is we are mid pandemic with all of these restrictions and it was super cold out, plus we were tired from a day skiing. So we did just want to hang in the room after dinner and relax. To top It off, there is a DVD player but there were no DVDs in the room and you have to get them from the office (that was closed). There were a lot of VHS tapes but no VHS player. Thankfully, I keep a deck of cards in my purse for situations like this. So a game of rummy it was! Then the heat. The thermostat in the living room by the door appeared to do nothing. There is another that you turn up to get the fireplace on. We ran the fireplace all night and it was still cold in the morning. The bedroom heat actually worked well. For $339 for one night, it would not be my first choice to return to but if I couldn't find something else, I would possibly return just for the ski in/out convenience. You ski back on the Lowest 4 o'clock trail. read more

We actually love the rooms. Ski in, and one bus stop to ski out. It's good. Price is reasonable. No complaints. You can fit 4-5 people in one bedroom apartment and save more money. Just ask for an extra bed. We loved our stay here. read more

The location is great, staff was very friendly and the condo was spacious. We stayed in 2F (a loft) which I mention because they are all different. The main issue was the cleanliness. The housekeeping staff thoroughly cleaned the surfaces and changed linens, etc. prior to our arrival, but the condo is so cluttered with old, dusty decor and the carpet is old and dirty so it kind of smelled like a fart. It almost seemed like this condo was where they stored all of their extra/random decor? Every surface, corner, nook and cranny was stuffed with random Knick-knacks, western wear, etc it was tough to settle in and put our stuff where we needed. Also the dishwasher didn't really work and there was old food stuck to the dishes. But to end on a positive note, the kitchen is fully stocked (like probably more than necessary), they give you plenty of linens and blankets, the showers have good water pressure, beds are decently comfy, and the staff went above and beyond after she had left for the day when we called about our missing pool key. All in all we would stay here again if we could be in a different unit with newer/cleaner carpet and less cowboy paraphernalia. read more

The unit we stayed in was a two bed two bath with a kitchen dining room and living room. Small patios outside of the living room and master bedroom. It was cozy and larger than I expected. I wish there was some sort of fireplace pit someone where close by to add to the cozy atmosphere. It was warm. Everything seemed to work like TV, appliances, thermostats. HEATED bathroom floors were a nice touch and much needed. Well working plumbing and water pressure. Parking lots were plowed and easy to navigate. Jacuzzi worked nicely. Walking distance to the town and the ski lift. Ski lift took you to an easy green slope that went to the major ski resort where you could get drinks and food then ski back to original ski lift, take other routes, or take a shuttle to the town. Lots of stores if you need to replace equipment. A lot of liquor store and dispensaries close by and a ton of bars and food. read more

We scheduled a trip to this property to scout area locations for an upcoming film production and venues to house our crews during production. We were aware of the strict no-refund cancellation policy when booking. Unfortunately, my wife became very ill while we were in Boulder, and we were forced to return home to Indiana in the event further medical care was required. We thought we both may have been exposed to covid and didn't want to risk ours or others health. Luckily, we both tested negative once home. We are both vaccinated but also knew the Delta variant had made Boulder a hotspot. The Residence Inn By Marriott Boulder hotel we stayed at was quite understanding of our situation and graciously did not bill us for the days that we had remaining on our stay. We neither asked nor expected them to do so. We strongly recommend them if you're staying in Boulder. Needless to say, we had to cancel our upcoming reservations at Pine Ridge Condominiums several days before our scheduled arrival date. I called and explained the situation to Tia, who assisted us and was very nice and helpful. We were reminded of their strict cancellation and refund policy and walked away from almost $1400. However, because of their cancellation policy and response to our situation, the film studio I scout for decided the production crews will be staying elsewhere in Breckenridge during production - a loss to Pine Ridge Condos of more than $200,000 on this project alone. As it turns out, their unforgiving cancellation policy was quite expensive to them this time. Caveat emptor: when you book a room here, please be aware that their cancellation policy has no exceptions regardless of the level of emergency you may have. This may cause you to consider other properties first. read more

First of all, off season (it's the end of April right now), this 2 bedroom, 2 full baths, with a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, with a good sized living room, is $65/night!!! It has a functioning real fire place and lots of closet space, flat screen TVs in every room with a surprisingly good amount of channels. Free wifi. The views are nice but it must depend which complex you're in as well as which way you are facing... Lots of wine glasses. read more

I kind of love this place. I would say it is the best bang for your buck we have found in Breckenridge. The location is awesome! It is two blocks away from Main St. No need to drive or take a shuttle. This makes it super convenient when you have been drinking. It is always a lovely walk home. It is also 2 blocks away from the liquor store, so you can grab stuff to take back to the hot tub with you! The units are personally owned so they are never the same inside when it comes to the kitchen or furnishings. We haven't been disappointed with either of these yet. They are always super clean and in good condition, especially for the pricing which will range from $135 a night to $235 depending on the size of the unit and the time of year. The larger units are on the top floor, so be prepared for the stair hike in and out of the condo. It can be brutal at times. :) Breckenridge is one of my favorite towns in Colorado and it is so close to Lake Dillon, the Silvethorne Outlet Malls, and Frisco. This means you can really pack a lot in one weekend. I would definitely recommend the Pine Ridge Condominiums for those passing through or looking for a cool and not too luxurious place to lay your head at the end of an epic day. read more

-DO NOT STAY HERE- I don't normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to write this one (seeing as it happened several months ago and I *still* think about it). My friends and I were staying here for one night after finishing a long road trip over the summer. We checked in, showered, dropped our stuff off, and then headed to my parent's house for the evening. We got too drunk (whoops) and weren't able to drive back to the hotel, so we slept in my parent's living room instead of at the hotel. Early the next morning, we went to the hotel to get ready for the day, grab our stuff, and check out. Upon arriving, our key didn't work and somebody else answered our hotel room door. Utterly confused- they told us that all of our things had been moved to the office and that they had been staying in this room since the previous evening. I could see into the room where they were eating OUR snacks that we had brought with us. When we went to the office to ask what happened, nobody seemed all that concerned, bothered, or worried about it. It was sort of a "oh whoops- seems like a mix-up." The stuff that we had in the freezer had been thrown away, our snacks had clearly been taken by whoever was staying in the room now, and we were missing a shoulder bag. No offer to refund us, no real concern on the hotel's part whatsoever. We called back periodically to see about a refund and our missing bag and they basically started screening and ignoring our calls. Several days later, I went back in person to demand a refund and to ask about our missing bag. They were so weird and sketchy about the whole situation. Some guy went in the back to grab our bag, where he "mysteriously found it," and then rifled through every pocket in front of us! As if he had been using the bag himself and was making sure he didn't leave anything behind! Overall, we only got a partial refund for the room that other people slept in. The sheer negligence is astounding to me. Don't give these people your money. read more

We just spent a week at The Pine Ridge Condos. Like other customers on this site, we found out the hard way about the 30-day no refund policy, but that was not unexpected. I was expecting a ski-in/ski-out condo, but it was definitely not that. There are a few units that are ski-in, but none are ski-out. Ours was neither. It was about a 5 min walk to the bus stop. The unit was clean but extremely dated. The bed covers were tired and worn. Many of the cabinets in the bedroom and kitchen were falling apart and unusable. I did find the staff to be very pleasant, and we did get fresh towels halfway through the week. I also liked the full-size laundry inside the condo. But I can't really recommend this place unless they make some major upgrades. read more

We've been coming here for over 30 years. It is still our favorite location. It's close to town and it keeps updating all the time. I'm sure there is some variation depending on the unit but we are always happy. Kids love the pool. Glad they don't allow pets as we have kids with allergies. My only recommendation would be for parking passes: Allow one for 1 bedroom units, 2 for 2 bedroom units and 3 for 2 bedrooms and loft. The blanket 2 passes is frustrating if you have rented a bigger (pricier) unit that holds 10 people which often means three families who each drive cars. The options are the Ice Arena, $25/night! and out on airport road which is over two miles at $10/night on weekends. See you next summer! read more

We stayed in unit 9C for two nights and loved the place! We were walking distance from the village, the Snowflake chairlift, and the 4 o'clock run was right next to the condo. The place was very cute and clean! There were two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms - 1 with a king bed and 1 with a queen bed and twin bed. There was also a pull out couch in the living room. Very spacious. The only downfall of this place was that we could only find one hot tub and it was packed around 5-6PM after everyone was done boarding and skiing. It would be nice if there were multiple hot tubs for these condos. Tip: Snowflake chairlift only has 2 lift ticket windows so be sure to go early so you're not wasting time in line. read more

Want to give it 5 stars, however, the misrepresentation of the "panoramic views" and the iron that ruined my jeans with rust, subtracted a bit of what was a lovely weekend. Honestly, unit 14C was absolutely lovely. Cozy, impeccably clean, had everything you could need. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Boasting "panoramic views" on the website was not accurate or necessary. This unit stood on its own! Quiet and within a short walk of Main Street. Maybe bring a robe if you plan on using the hot tub. Board games and movies were a nice surprise! Customer service at check in was very friendly and informative. Would stay again! read more

Awesome location, walked to the lifts everyday! My wife and Sister walked 5 minutes and were in the middle of Breckenridge main shopping area. We cooked almost every breakfast and dinner in the condo and made a fire ever night, felt like a second home and not a hotel at all! While our stay was mostly enjoyable, several issues should be noted. We requested 3 units to be close together. While two of the units were next to each other one unit required the group to walk outside and enter another building. All of the units were poorly lit and bathrooms were all quite dark. Kitchens were supplied with adequate pots and pans. Other supplies were not sufficient. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, bar soap, shampoo/conditioner, and fresh towels were undersupplied. The hot tubs are not great. The temperature and location of the hot tubs are not ideal after a long day of skiing. If soaking in a relaxing hot tub is a goal of yours during your ski trip would recommend finding another place to stay. The walk to snowflake lift is quite a hike particularly for little ones so get ready to exercise first thing in the morning or be prepared to wait. The wait line for the shuttle is long and crowded. Other rentals would provide convenient walk to downtown and a better walking route to the lift. Lastly our biggest complaint is the timely communication with Pine Ridge upon departure. Our group was very intentional about ensuring units were clean as to their check out procedures. Days later we received an email stating a $100 fee was charged due to a damaged curtain. At no point during our stay was this noticed and we kindly asked for reconsideration due to the timing of their communication. Pine Ridge refused. We requested management to call and provide a further description of the damage and did not receive any feedback. The charge and the departure communication will have us booking elsewhere in our future Breckenridge stays. read more

We only got to stay here one night, we bought my in-laws up to check out Breckenridge and stayed the night. We booked via expedia back in Feb and it was $180 for 1 night - we thought we were booking a 2 bedroom place. 2 weeks before our stay in early May, I discovered that we'd only booked a 1 bedroom place!! I called Pine Ridge to double check and she let me know that there was plenty of 2 bedroom places but I had to call expedia to make the change. Turns out as well that since it was off-peak, the 2 bedroom place came down to $130 a night!! So just be aware - don't book your room too early if you're staying off-peak or you'll pay more. The condo's are pretty close to town, it was only a 2-3 minute drive to main street. It was a bit confusing when we arrived because the confirmation said that check-in was 4pm to 9pm but when we arrived at 5.15pm the office was closed and our envelope with room key etc was in the late check-in box. Turns out office hours are 8am - 5pm. We only had 1 room key which was fine for the night but if we were staying longer a second one would have been handy. The condo had pretty much everything, iron, little table ironing board, wood for the fire, heating, most kitchen things - no tea though, just coffee. The king bed was huge and super comfortable. The 2nd bedroom had 2 singles which was a bugger, I'm not sure if any other condo's had a room with a queen or not but we just went with it and made do. The bathroom was a bit odd to work out how to get the shower to work but we figured it out (you need to pull the lip down on the tap for the tub). You need to take the trash when you go too. There was a key for a storage room and the spa as well but we didn't use them. Check-out was easy & quick but if you're leaving before 8am you need to call them and let them know. read more

PRC are a quality place to stay at a great price given its location. We stayed 3 nights here and the staff were super flexible and friendly. We were transferring from another condo but had nowhere to store our gear so early in the morning. The staff agreed to let me check in early and offered to store our gear in safe storage if early checkin could not be done. I booked a 1 bedroom and it was a massive unit with all the amenities of home. The space was more than enough for two people with a full kitchen, dining table, and fireplace. The location can't be beat: It's 1.5 blocks from Main St (@ Washington), it's right beside the 4 O'Clock ski run, there are shuttle stops in front and across the street, and a short walk up the hill to the lifts The only knock about this place is that it does not have a 24 hr desk or secure gear storage. This would have been key for people like me who have flights home later in the day and need the comfort of knowing my gear (more than my luggage) is in a safe-ish spot. Otherwise, it's a great location with spacious units at a decent price. Highly recommended for short and long term stays in Breck. read more

Very nice and clean Kitchen was fully equipped with all you need. Loved the loft with beds However we didn't have cable with tv in the bedrooms. The front desk gave the boys to watch dvds in their room and we got cable service the next day. Place is very clean. Remember, no air conditioning. Weather was in 70s so it feels warmer since we were on the top floor but we left the windows and patio door open so it was not so uncomfortable. Walking distance to the restaurants and shopping area. Then they said a friend complained about everything and threatened this same friend when a review was posted on a different site. I know my friend did not complain about everything and there were others who also said that the staff was rude to them as well. Note to Condo staff: If you treat people in a rude manner, do not expect them to just sit there and take it. If you treat people badly when they stay at your place, do not expect a good review from someone who has been treated badly. read more

Great place to stay! We stayed only one night, but the rooms/condo were huge! We had guests from Brazil, and they were simply amazed at the place. We fixed dinner in the condo (all the pots/pans/utinsils were provided). Got wine from a liquor store one block away. Super convienent to the slopes. Great stay! Will go back again. Quiet, warm, cozy. Only complaint was the sofa bed in the living room was super uncomfortable, but what does one expect from a sofa sleeper. Internet, cable, loud stereo, fireplace. read more

Unit 8F is awesome. It has great decor, fantastic views, comfortable furniture, and the unit is very clean. This is the second time we've stayed at Pine Ridge and we love it. The location is fantastic and close to town, reservations and check-in are easy, the staff are friendly, and parking is convenient. If you're new to Pine Ridge, one thing to note is that each unit is decorated differently. Photos are posted on Pine Ridge's website and the staff were very helpful in answering questions about specific units, which made finding the right condo for us an easy and smooth process. read more

Just got back from a week at Breckenridge, staying in 14C, the Burk's lovely unit, at Pine Ridge. Location was great! Bus stops right in front, couple minutes to Beaver Run or the gondola. Town is a couple minute walk and Christie Rentals/store is in the parking lot. Staff was great! We were with a group of 19, rented 6 condos and they helped with luggage, recommendations, and trip details. Everyone I talked to was extremely cool. Some units have wood fireplaces, others are gas and the units all have slightly different sleeping accommodations (some have additional loft areas). Unit was very clean and sheets, towels, soaps, coffee filters, paper towels, TP, kleenex were provided. Outdoor hot tub was great. Kitchen had what you need to make most things, we ate in most nights and every morning. Skiing was the best, 30+ inches of snow in two days. Only suggestions for PRC, consider sticking bus info for free ride and summit stage in information book. Also, if you put some 409 under the sink we would have done a better job of cleaning up : ) read more

Awesome! PRC made our visit to Breck amazing. We purchased a night online over the crazy holiday weekend (President's day). Who knew it was the busiest weekend for Breck each season? We managed to find an opening with PRC the night before and jumped on it, even though the price was a little high ($400 for two bedroom condo). The lady who checked us in was wonderful, and let us park in their lot that morning before our room was ready and gave us directions to the ticket counter. While snowboarding she called to let us know our room was ready, and gave us an upgrade thanks to our Yelp check in! Woo-hoo! The place we stayed in was extremely nice, although their stereo did not have an iphone adapter (but a cassette deck, really?). We made use of the hot tub, and enjoyed it so much almost stayed another night. Overall a great place to visit if you're in town and want to be conveniently located to the mountain and town. read more

We just completed a week long family reunion occupying ten different units of various sizes. The units were all beautiful and were exactly what we were looking for with nice furniture, well stocked kitchens, and a quality feel overall. Darcy and the rest of the staff were great to work with and were very accommodating to our needs. We were able to rent the community room (full kitchen) in which we were able to put enough tables and chairs to seat forty people snugly (thirty people would have had plenty of room) for meals. I would definitely hold future reunions at Pine Ridge if we are in Colorado again!! read more

We stayed at Pine Ridge this President's Day weekend. We booked 3 weeks before arrival so we did not have that many choices. The location is very convenient, very close to town and very close to the ski lifts. However, for 500$ per night we would expect more. We arrived around 3 PM but were told that we could not check in until 4 PM and that check out is at 10 AM. They ask you to load and start the dishwasher and take out your own trash so not sure why they need 6 hours to turn the room around. When booking we were told that our room had mountain views but it really only had a view of the town. The room has identified as a premium but the furniture was pretty dated. read more

Nice place to stay, clean and well managed. It was a walk to a bus to ski, or walk up a hill (which if you're not from this altitude is all but impossible) and ski off and walk several hundred feet from Breckenridge ski mountain. The condo and the ski run are named "Four O'Clock" road and run, respectively. So not technically ski on ski off, but close enough. I agree with the other reviewer who mentioned the crazy uncomfortable sleeper sofa - it's your classic springs everywhere mattress that no one in their right mind could sleep on. Bed in one bedroom was firm and fairly comfortable. Bathrooms had heated floors and pool and hot tub facilities were just a stones throw away. There is also ski and snowboard storage. My gripes were the lack of toilet paper, paper towels sort of amenities and the sleeper sofa. Overall a large condo and we appreciated the two full bathrooms for our group of three. Free wifi and parking were available. read more

The pictures online make this place look crappy - so it beat my expectations, not that it will be the nicest place you ever stayed, but it worked for us and I would stay here again and recommend it. The location is great. It's one bus stop from the Snowflake lift, and you can actually ski down 4 O'Clock Run right back to Pine Ridge which is pretty cool! You also are in walking distances to Main Street, and since cabs can be hard to come by, the ability to walk was really nice. We got a two bedroom condo - unite 12A. It has a gas fireplace which is nice for drying your clothes - but it also has a washer and dryer that we didn't use. The kitchen was stocked with basic appliances and plenty of utensils. Two really nice features were a ski locker and an outdoor / enclosed hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay here, and as much as we'd like to do ski on / ski off accommodations, this provided a great experience at a lower price point. read more

I've rented condos here on many occasions, and the quality of the rooms is hit or miss. The property manager could be more diligent about making sure there are bulbs in the light fixtures; the blow dryer works; the faucets turn off and don't leak; wifi doesn't cut in and out. And the light fixtures that did have bulbs didn't give off enough light to read by. These were issues in a Platinum unit! read more

We stayed in Unit 9A and loved the location. Quiet, convenient, with ski-in access right out your back door. The condo will sleep 5 comfortably without using the sleeper sofas. Carpet or something smells a little musty, but overall very well equipped kitchen and wood-burning fireplace to enjoy. We will rent this one again and prefer the first floor units to the thin-air huffing and puffing it takes to get to top floor units. We stayed in a larger top floor unit last time and loved the layout and space, but getting to the top floor was exhausting (no elevators). This time I left a package behind that contained all my previous 3 days of shopping in it, and the office was closed when we had to take the shuttle. However, when they opened they were very accomodating and kept that bag for the shuttle to bring to Denver the next day. I really appreciate the honest, efficient way they handled my goof-up and will recommend them as a result of this. Thank you Pine Ridge Condo management!
