Dr. Tseng correctly diagnosed me with Gerd. And even better he prescribed an over-the-counter medication, Mucinex, to help control it. The last time I saw him I told him my Gerd had gotten worse. He immediately asked me if I had gained weight. I told him I had gained 8 pounds. Apparently, weight gain causes Gerd to worsen. To save me money, he prescribed another over-the-counter med, Priolosec. Not only does Dr. Tseng correctly diagnose problems he prescribes money-saving meds to treat them. Dr. Lee guided me through tests and recommendations to effect some relief from the extreme congestion, itchy and watery eyes, and all other symptoms. I recall him on the phone, advocating for the need for a CT scan of my head. He was the trained medical professional, having to explain to an insurance company paper pusher that my symptoms warranted that kind of test. He did this so that he could properly diagnose my condition, and so that I could have insurance pay for it, instead of trying to come up with the charge myself. They have the diagnostic machine right in their T.O. office, which was convenient. The scan did help determine what was happening, and a treatment program ensued. Fortunately, after a few years, the acute allergies subsided. I hadn't been back to Dr. Lee for about five years, but needed a medical intervention last week. Dr. Jaesung Lee was out of town, but the practice got me in to see his associate, Dr. Joseph Lee the same day I called. Am grateful for the quick turnaround, and was glad to see that the practice carries on as before. Dear Hubby is a recurring patient of the original Dr. Lee's, also. He was able to determine the cause of the frequent infections and recommended a balloon sinoplasty. This procedure has made all the difference in how I feel.
