What a nice man! Staff was very friendly. He took a lot of time with me , not a quick in and out like most doctors. Very personable!

When I decided to look for somewhere to get skin tags removed, I found Laser Creations and was…read moreexcited by all the five-star reviews. It seemed like the perfect place - no pain, great service, kind people - so even though it was very far from my home in Moreno Valley, I asked my husband and kids for a Groupon from Laser Creations for my birthday. When I called to set up the appointment, they were very kind and professional. I was nervous about going, so I looked up the driving directions the night before and saw it would take 1.5 hours to get there. I asked my friend to drive me (I've been on some medication that makes me dizzy and driving so far on my own wasn't a good idea) and she picked me up 2 hours before my appointment. As we drove, my heart sank because the traffic was terrible and the driving directions kept adding time to our arrival. I also had to stop to use the bathroom because my bladder isn't the same after having four kids. :( When we stopped, I called Laser Creations and left a message about my potential late arrival (at that time it was showing we'd be 6 min late). We got closer, but the traffic was terrible. We were finally around the corner, but were stopped at the train tracks. I called again so they would know I didn't just skip out on the appointment (it was 20 min after my appointment at that time) and I could tell they were frustrated by my lateness by the way they responded. They told me the numbing cream they'd be using for the skin tags needed 30 minutes to be effective, and I was "cutting into that time" by being late. When I hung up, I told my friend I would likely need to reschedule because of how late it was and apologized that she'd driven me all that way for nothing. When we arrived, it took me a minute to find the door, and when I tried it, it wouldn't open. I don't know if it's because it was heavy, or if I pulled/pushed the wrong way, but I couldn't get it to open, so I called again. They sounded upset that I couldn't figure it out and sent someone to fetch me from the elevator lobby. She rather sarcastically and dramatically gestured at the door as if I was stupid and hadn't seen it there. I said "Yes, ma'am, I did try that door but I couldn't get it to open, I don't know why." She huffed and led me quickly through the hallway, straight past the reception area and into a treatment room. I apologized for being late, trying to explain what had happened, but she spoke over me and said the timing for the numbing cream to work had passed and I wouldn't get the effect of it. Then she asked how many tags I'd wanted removed, even though I'd established that when I set up the appointment, and then frustratedly called to the other woman with how many I needed done as if I was a burden. I was crying by this point because I literally have never felt so under attack by strangers before. They both said something about why should I be crying, they're fun, nice people, I should see their reviews online. And I tried to say "Yes, that's why I picked you and drove so far because your reviews looked amazing" but they kept talking over me, lecturing me about having to make other customers wait because of my tardiness. When I finally was able to speak to tell them that I wasn't expecting special consideration and that I'd planned to ask to reschedule, but they'd rushed me in here and then lectured me and scolded me for crying, they seemed to backpedal and said they'd be happy to reschedule me. At that point, I said I didn't feel comfortable getting services done there and wanted a refund. Then I left. I was crying in the car, trying to explain to my friend what had gone on when one of the ladies came out of the building and just stood there. I wondered why she couldn't let me just cry in peace, and my friend took offense on my behalf and calmly went over and told the lady that it wasn't good to treat people that way and that we'd already felt badly about being late and wanted to reschedule and they didn't need to be rude to me. She told my friend "You weren't in the room, you don't know what was said." To which my friend replied, "Are you calling my friend a liar then?" She again backpedaled and said they'd be happy to reschedule me, but my friend politely said we'd not be coming back here. I think this all could have been professionally and politely handled if they had just kindly introduced themselves when I arrived (neither introduced themselves to me or welcomed me to the clinic) and said "Usually when people arrive this late, we recommend rescheduling so the numbing cream can work effectively and make it all a smoother experience." or even just waited for me to make that suggestion myself. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. From all their reviews, it looks like my experience here could have been amazing and I am sorry I didn't get to have that. I just want others to be aware that it doesn't always go that route.

From the moment you enter the front office, you are greeted with a very friendly, smiling young woman (sorry, I should know you name by now)!. Wait times are very minimal which tells me the staff respects their patient's time. Now for the rest of the staff. Support people are friendly and efficient. I have been going to David, PA, in the Thousand Oaks office for months now. I was having severe itching issues. David diagnosed a rare skin condition and got me on an injected medication immediately. David followed up with monthly in-office visits to do follow-up injections while I waited on prescription approval David also checked to make sure everything was working as intended. He also assisted with getting the prescription through my insurance company, which was a nightmare. And a big thank you to Katie, RN, who also had a lot to do with getting the insurance company to cover the medication. Katie not only got the prescription approved, but assisted in getting a very nice discount, which saved me thousands of dollars. And Dr. Weitzbuch is an excellent doctor and has put together an amazing staff. I highly recommend Brilliance Dermatology.

5 Stars times 4!…read more Doctor Weitzbach has treated my wife, daughter, son and me... all with kindness, compassion, exceptional medical expertise and diligent follow-up. In the last few years, Doctor Weitzbach's annual skin cancer checks have found 2 cancers (one requiring radiation and one Mohs surgery) and numerous pre-cancers requiring freezing. The two most serious cancers were caught so early that second opinions from plastic surgeons verified Dr. Weitzbach's early detection saved us from potentially disfiguring surgery that would have been required if the tumors had been allowed to grow. His and his team's treatment of our children has been equally exceptional. Whether treating severe adolescent acne with Accutane, strategies for Psoriasis or simple acne facials, we could not have asked for more or better treatment. Did I mention that they have a pharmacy on the premises so you don't have to go running to the drugstore after your doctors visit? Convenience and competence... We could not ask for more and strongly recommend Dr. Weitzbach.

So I had done a lot of research and when I had found a clinic out in Sherman Oaks, my good friend convinced me to check out her clinic of choice before making my final decision. When my good friend Sherry told me of this place, I was very scared and skeptic. Though I gave it a try knowing my friend Sherry only goes to places that bring the best out of her. I couldn't believe how close I was to such an amazing clinic with a very understanding staff and Doctor. When I walked in, I immediately noticed how well and maintained the office was. I was also warmly greeted by Joy and Marie. I asked about the procedures they offered and it's prices, they explained in detail what they offered. They then asked if I'd like to see Eddie for a consultation to see what my actual needs might be. I definitely needed some work done after two babies and being over 40, so I agreed. Joy immediately set me up with Eddie, who explained in detail what would suit me best physically and for my pocket. I honestly thought I'd need more work, but Eddie was very professional and to the point on what would help me out best. I was expecting major critic and work ahead, but was told I didn't need a lot. I was so relieved to hear that and so shocked to find out how easy, safe and not so expensive the whole procedures were! I'm so glad I took the leap and went with Pacific Rejuvenation as my final choice! I'm so grateful for my good friend Sherry who told me of this place. The staff really treated me like family and had me laughing the whole time. They were amazing and very soothing in explains all that was needed and how the procedure would go. I totally forgot how scared I was! Dr. Goodloe was also very amazing and so gentle. I couldn't have made a better choice for my procedures and Doctor! I'm very satisfied and grateful for the amazing experience from the entire staff. Definitely will be sending all my friends here! The greatest part is that not only are they amazing, the clinic is just over the hill from me! Which actually made everything so much easier. Thank you Dr. Goodloe, Eddie, Joy, Marie and the rest of the ladies for such a pleasant experience!

Very Disappointed With My Experience…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this practice and regret choosing to have my procedure performed here. From the beginning, I made it very clear during my consultation that my under-eye area and nasolabial folds were my biggest insecurities. I sought a professional consultation specifically because I wanted Dr. expertise and recommendations. I trusted his judgment and relied on what was discussed during the consultation when making the decision to move forward with surgery. I want to clarify that I never asked for my procedure to be changed. The decision to change the procedure from a mini lift to a SMAS face and neck lift was made by Dr the day of surgery. I trusted his professional judgment and proceeded accordingly. After surgery, I raised my concerns to Gabriela RN (the owner), about my under-eye area because this was one of the primary concerns I had communicated from the beginning. Unfortunately, I did not feel heard or that my concerns were genuinely addressed. I was especially disappointed by the way my concerns were handled afterward. Rather than feeling that the practice was focused on understanding my experience and concerns as a patient, I felt that the discussion became primarily about what the practice would or would not provide financially. Gabriella emphasized that "this is a business". That statement was extremely upsetting and, in my opinion, speaks volumes about how my concerns were handled. I am not claiming that I requested or consented to an eyelid procedure that was not part of my surgical plan. My concern is that I clearly communicated what bothered me most about my appearance, sought professional guidance, trusted the recommendations I was given, and expected those concerns to be appropriately considered. The most disappointing part of this entire experience has been feeling that there was no genuine advocacy for me as a patient when I expressed concerns. I expected communication, compassion, and an effort to understand my perspective. Instead, I left feeling unheard and extremely disappointed. While I appreciate the improvements I have seen from the face and neck lift itself, the overall experience has been deeply upsetting. Patients deserve to feel that their concerns are taken seriously, especially when those concerns were clearly communicated before surgery. I am sharing my experience because I believe people considering this practice should be aware of my experience and make an informed decision before moving forward. This is my personal experience and my honest account of how I felt I was treated throughout this process.
