Dr Jeffrey Tseng is the Abolute Best ENT (Ear Nose and Throat doctor.) I saw another ENT and that doctor said my problem was allergies. This was incorrect. Dr. Tseng correctly diagnosed me with Gerd. And even better he prescribed an over-the-counter medication, Mucinex, to help control it. The last time I saw him I told him my Gerd had gotten worse. He immediately asked me if I had gained weight. I told him I had gained 8 pounds. Apparently, weight gain causes Gerd to worsen. To save me money, he prescribed another over-the-counter med, Priolosec. Not only does Dr. Tseng correctly diagnose problems he prescribes money-saving meds to treat them. I Highly Recommend Dr. Jeffrey Tseng! read more

Do not go to this doctor. The girls in the front (I say this since they are 17 or so) do not care about anything let alone assiting people. They overbook all the appointments. I waited with my 4 year old for 40 minutes (long story) but basically the doctor prematurely prescribed surgury on my 4 year then would not return my call after they let other patients in before us! They do not care about anyone except to double and triple book appointment times for 1 doctor. We are going to report this Dr to the board of CA. read more

I did not get a chance to visit Dr. Tseng, because his rude, incompetent, and clearly devoid-of-phone-etiquette receptionist ensured I not visit him. When you call in and speak of the horrible pain your toddler is in and how you were hoping to see the doctor ASAP, the first response from a front office staff member shouldn't be "Ummm.... what is your insurance?" Followed by, "Read me the numbers on the card" Then when she tells me that my Blue Shield PPO coverage isn't accepted by their office, I state that it is alright and that I'd pay cash, but again, she was so aloof that she couldn't even provide me with an estimate for out of pocket costs, cash patient prices, or anything. All she could do was be dismissive and uninterested. This is disgusting and not how empathy is shown. She never once said she is sorry he is experiencing so many awful ENT issues, that she wishes him well, nothing! Even when she knew that her office couldn't accept our insurance, she never once wished him and I well, or offered any kindness in lieu of the situation. Call me old fashion, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is KING!!! If this is the first impression we gain BEFORE meeting this doctor, please note that I will be taking my WELL EARNED MONEY elsewhere! What a waste of $150. I called to book an appt to get my tonsil stones removed. I had an appt for 10:15 and arrived early. I waited 1 hour to see the doctor. He saw me for 5 min and told me to gargle with salt water and not eat spicy food. I told him I wanted my tonsil stones removed but he didn't do it. I requested a partial refund at the front desk but they said no. Go somewhere else. I honestly feel robbed. read more

Dr. Jeffrey Tseng is an outstanding doctor. He saw my husband in his office after my husband was hospitalized with a severe sinus infection. He treated him with great empathy and found the source of the infection. Dr Tseng cured the problem with sinus surgery. My husband sees him regularly and he treats us like old friends. I have had Ears nose and throat issues for as long as I can remember. I have been with a different ENT for 5 years and have been though too surgeries. The first one was great no issues, the second one was when I have had some issues. So we wanted to get a second Dr. advice Looking on yelp I saw Dr. Jeffrey Tseng and thought that with all of the great reviews that he would be a great ENT to talk to. The office was great and welcoming. I took the time to print out the paper work online and that saved us time. I waited like 5 min the waiting room and like a min in the exam room before Dr. Tseng came in. I explained why I was there and that we needed a second Dr. advice. After talking to him and looking at my ears. He gave us his best advice and that is was good to have a second Dr. take a look. Now we can make a good informed decision. Worst ENT experience ever. I came in after months of feeling "hollow", echoing ears--like they were devoid of moisture. He told me over and over it was to blame on my pregnancy and that when I wasn't pregnant anymore it would go away. He also gave me the name of a medication to spray in my nose that should fix the problem during pregnancy. Even though I tried explaining to him over and over that it wasn't drainage I needed--it felt like the opposite, that I had too little moisture already--he just kept shushing me and telling me it was pregnancy and would go away in 2 weeks after pregnancy. His medication spray never helped. I am now 8 weeks postpartum and still the echoing pain in my ears has not subsided at all and is more painful than ever. He had no idea what he was talking about and did not listen to me as the patient. Wish I could get my money for his office visit--and the useless spray--back. I'll have to settle for warning others via this review. read more

I went to see Dr. Tseng for issues with my nose and inability to smell. He is extremely professional very thorough and very educational when it came to my disease process. His staff was extremely kind and prepared me well for the appointment. I had no issues with my insurance card because he excepted it and made it as painless as possible. I'm also a physician myself and Dr Tseng are is a doctor's doctor. I would recommend him to anybody considering him for sinus surgery. read more

Wonderful attention given to their patients, and they are very personable. Dr. Jeffrey Tseng and his father are both excellent doctors! I had a deviated septum for about 23 years. I have had two sinus surgeries, I have also had trouble with my ears and hearing loss. I have met many ENT's over the last two decades, and I can attest that if you are their patients, your are in great hands. I am so thankful my Dentist referred me for a second opinion, Dr. Tseng was amazing from the first consultation. He was extremely compassionate, he listened to all my concerns and addressed my issues while taking the time to explain everything in detail and so I could understand. First appt waste of time. I have had ear infections and surgery for the last 4 years. He looked in my nose with a scope never checked my ears. I had a few other issues and he said your doctor just asked me to do this?? Didn't realize he was an employee of someone else. I have mastoiditis and bone infections along with a lung infection. My infectious disease doctor asked him to check me for shingles. As we can all imagine, I am trying extremely hard to not go to an urgent care or ER. I happen to be in his building. So I go in, wait 20 mins while the lady chats up front. Explain the situation. She comes back and says I need to go to a dermatologist....he is apparently incapable of checking a shingle rash. There were no other patients in the waiting room. They had just called in the only patient there about 5 mins before. Please run from here it would be zero stars but they don't allow that. Obviously I won't be gong back and I am sure they won't loose any sleep over it. As he made it ABUNDANTLY clear he could not careless for his patients. read more

Amazing doctor for me. He has helped me through so much. He found out that I had Eagle Syndrome and other oddities though out my neck and facial anatomy that was causing me to faint upon standing. I have been seeing Dr. Jeff for so many years. My medical issues are a bit complicated, and Dr. Jeff is so very patient. He listens to my concerns, and he even takes my advice when I have a hunch or thought about my own health. This is a sign of respect, which can be so very rare for a doctor! I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Edwin, who also happens to be Dr. Jeff's father, is also a wonderful ENT. You cannot go wrong in this practice with either doctor, and I highly recommend them both. They are almost always on time (I have had a few experiences where I would wait an hour or so, but it comes with the territory!), and they are just lovely people. Another important point is that their office staff, Katherine and Maya, are prompt and efficient. read more

I really like Dr. Jeff. I also like the other doctor, Edward Tseng, who happens to be Dr. Jeff's dad. All in all, a great office. The lead staff member, Katherine, is a very nice person. Very efficient and kind. The other staff person, Maya, is also patient and kind. All in all, they are calm and kind when I have my frequent visits there. I am an ongoing patient - since 2009. Dr. Jeff is my main physician, and he answers all of my questions and concerns. He always returns phone calls. He listens. He does his best to treat what he can. I would not say that he is perfect, but he is very personable and has a great bedside manner. If you are someone that suffers with sinus issues, I would definitely recommend the office of Dr. Jeff Tseng and Dr. Edward Tseng. read more
