All she could do was be dismissive and uninterested. This is disgusting and not how empathy is shown. She never once said she is sorry he is experiencing so many awful ENT issues, that she wishes him well, nothing! Even when she knew that her office couldn't accept our insurance, she never once wished him and I well, or offered any kindness in lieu of the situation. I asked him to look at her throat and he said no signs of anything and was very condescending and seemed bothered by my questions and told her to wash her hands before eating. I took her to another doctor the next day who looked at her throat, said it was red and had white spots which shouldn't happen when on antibiotics and gave her a mono test which came out positive.
