Sort of a boiled or burned look over the top of the railing 3"-4" large. I sent them a photo and they admitted it was their mistake. It was logistically impossible to uninstall for the repair. When we asked for compensation, they reversed their admission that it had been a defect of the process and instead Kimberly suggested an animal had peed on it and destroyed the coating. They insisted we had made the error after acknowledging that it was their error. Kimberly insisted she knew it was not something they did. It was insulting to my intelligence frankly to suggest that animal pee "Or whatever" was the problem rather than bad workmanship that simply was not given enough oversight. No accountability in this crew. They've lost my business.

HE DOES SHIT JOBS ON CERTAIN VEHICLES MAKES MONEY OFF OF YOU AND THEN TAKES TIME ON OTHER VEHICLES LIKE LITERALLY LOOK LIKE HE MAYBE TOOK AN HOUR OR A COUPLE HOURS TO WRAP THIS TRUCK OR HAD SOMEONE ELSE DO IT WITH NO EXPERIENCE AND THOUGHT THAT WAS GREAT. WORST RAP JOB I'VE EVER SEEN. LOOKS LIKE A LITTLE KID. DID IT OR LOOKS LIKE HE WAS TRAINING SOMEBODY TO WRAP, As much as I didn't wanna leave a bad review, unfortunately Id be selfish not to let others know what he did. I'm just gonna say that he did an absolute horrible job on my son's truck and I tried asking him for justification of why he did it was he hung over, did he just not give a fuck because he gave me a good deal on one of his discounted wraps, Was he in a hurry? was it just too much for him still not never got a good explanation other than he should've took more time and looked at it better, this was more than just they have to look over this should've been off and redone There's so many flaws. This job had to be completely redone, which he said, he stood behind his work, and even though he gave me some of my money back maybe a little bit more than a quarter I now have to eventually have this removed and reinstalled so I lost out on quite a bit of money time fuel so before anybody agrees to terms on using this guy, make sure you guys look everything over and make sure that he explains all the work done, apparently I guess I got a discounted job if not worse than dicounted ,pay the full price at an actual reputable shop. I guess it is one of those things that you get what you pay for situations,
