Sort of a boiled or burned look over the top of the railing 3"-4" large. I sent them a photo and they admitted it was their mistake. It was logistically impossible to uninstall for the repair. When we asked for compensation, they reversed their admission that it had been a defect of the process and instead Kimberly suggested an animal had peed on it and destroyed the coating. They insisted we had made the error after acknowledging that it was their error. Kimberly insisted she knew it was not something they did. It was insulting to my intelligence frankly to suggest that animal pee "Or whatever" was the problem rather than bad workmanship that simply was not given enough oversight. No accountability in this crew. They've lost my business.
