It looks like other people here have had a better experience, so perhaps our handrail project is too small or not enough profit. Several of the welders in the area have been pretty flaky, so perhaps there is a shortage - Sanchez Iron Works is the only one to follow through with a final quote out of 4 people I talked to about our project. I hate to knock any small business, but feel I need to be honest about my experience to help other people trying to get projects done.
