I had some drawings prepared for him to review and quote so he was able to quickly give us a price for a pair of wrought iron handrails for the front of our house. His family run the business so he was familiar with what they are capable of doing as well as catering to our design requirements. Armando was so gracious and knowledgeable it was refreshing to speak to someone who knows what they are doing. I felt very comfortable with him. Sadly we did not choose Neza as we did get a competitive bid from another fabricator which I also was very pleased with. Several of the welders in the area have been pretty flaky, so perhaps there is a shortage - Sanchez Iron Works is the only one to follow through with a final quote out of 4 people I talked to about our project.
