I had some drawings prepared for him to review and quote so he was able to quickly give us a price for a pair of wrought iron handrails for the front of our house. His family run the business so he was familiar with what they are capable of doing as well as catering to our design requirements. Today I took Dustin the neck rod out of my sister's beloved stuffed giraffe. A child had hung on the giraff's neck and broken the joint.
