Their service was top notch. They picked up, inspected, repaired and cleaned all of rugs using only the correct materials to preserve the value and integrity of rugs. They also cut new pads to further preserve the rugs. When they delivered the rugs, they made sure the pads were correctly placed, moving furniture to make sure the placement was perfect to highlight the beauty of the carpets. They also have locations in San Francisco and San Rafael which makes them extra convenient. The natural rugs I ordered online, would be too scratchy and also odd smelling, the fibers too long and easily caught by my cat's claws. We looked through the selection (about 15 rugs) and I absolutely fell in love with an Iranian chestnut, chocolate, and orange rug depicting boxes of obscure animals within each. It sounds odd, but it is gorgeous. In any case, the weaving was a bit faded in one part, so the 14thARG knocked off $50. It's 6 months later, and we couldn't be more pleased.
