From the start, communication with Rug Masters was excellent. I received a very competitive price quote, responses were prompt, and the turnaround time worked well for us. Jay arrived on June 2nd, right on schedule, to pick up the wool rug. After inspecting it, he discovered moth damage, which increased the cost for cleaning and restoration of the 9' x 12' rug from $480 to $600. Even with the additional repairs, his quote was still the best among the companies I contacted, and it included both pickup and delivery. The rug was returned to us on June 27th, and we were extremely impressed and satisfied with the results. The colors were vibrant, the mold spots and spores were completely gone, and the moth-damaged areas had been expertly repaired. The rug looked immaculate and beautifully restored. We are very pleased with both the quality of the work and the customer service. We would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them!

The natural rugs I ordered online, would be too scratchy and also odd smelling, the fibers too long and easily caught by my cat's claws. What I really needed, was to be able to see and touch the rugs in person. Therefore, I was so grateful to having come across Aladdin Rugs & Mattresses. I knew immediately that I would be walking away with a rug that day. Only after I was forced to follow up after more than a week of silence did Rodney admit the warehouse "misplaced" the inventory. Rather than taking accountability for failing to order/secure the product on time, he attempted an unauthorized product swap--sending photos of a completely different alternative carpet and trying to force it onto my project without my consent. When confronted, Rodney scrambled, blamed the HOA, made excuses about warehouse inventory numbers, and admitted the original carpet would take weeks to arrive--confirming he spent weeks hiding severe delays rather than managing the order. THIS IS A DIRECT 24-HOUR NOTICE TO MANAGEMENT: I require store management to contact me directly within 24 hours to either: 1. Provide written confirmation of a firm, expedited delivery and installation date for the exact contracted carpet, OR 2. Process a 100% full refund of my deposit immediately so I can take my business to a professional vendor. If management fails to resolve this within 24 hours, I will be filing a formal credit card chargeback for unfulfilled goods/services and taking further steps to recover financial holding damages caused by these listing delays. We looked through the selection (about 15 rugs) and I absolutely fell in love with an Iranian chestnut, chocolate, and orange rug depicting boxes of obscure animals within each. It sounds odd, but it is gorgeous. In any case, the weaving was a bit faded in one part, so the 14thARG knocked off $50. It's 6 months later, and we couldn't be more pleased. This is a lovely antique!
