I love Vafresco and visit whenever I can
They have wonderful food, most of it Italian
Let me tell you about this hidden gem
Which I stumbled upon one afternoon in Central London:
CHOOSE YOUR PASTA:
Fettuccine, ravioli, conchiglie, gigli, fusilli
So many options, you'll wanna sing like Lil Wayne, a milli a milli
A generous portion, into a plastic take-home dish
Then taken to the boiler, cooked al dente, perfect never a miss.
SAUCE AND TOPPINGS:
The sauces are rich and mouth-watering, never watery
Tomato, bolognese, shellfish, white, pesto, the list goes on you see
As for the toppings, sadly they're not free, at an extra 90p
Crayfish, chicken, broccoli, bell peppers and chili
Yes, that many, really! (and wait, there's more)
Smoked salmon, sundried tomato, artichokes, feta, that's a lot innit?!
My fav is crayfish with tomato sauce, fettuccine, broccoli and spinach
THE MIX:
The pasta and toppings are placed onto your sauce, in a bowl
Seasoned with cream, butter, oil, parsley, given a toss and roll
Sprinkled with parmesan, poured into your take-away dish
Which you may eat in, if you so wish.
OTHER OPTIONS:
Dear Yelper, these I've never tried
So if I told you otherwise, I would have lied
So please feel free to fill me in
After you've visited Vafresco, and given it a spin
Espresso and other Italian coffees, tea
Salads and seasoned couscous for the healthy amongst thee
Freshly squeezed orange juice, sparkling water, pastries, pies, dessert
Wanted to try more, but my bank account would have been seriously hurt
THE SERVICE:
The owner, I think his name is Vincenzo
Really friendly, probably drives an Enzo
I'm just kidding, but my point is...
He really cares about his customer service
And it's obvious he takes pride in his dishes
The seating is plentiful there are communal tables, and an upstairs
Where you may sit at an individual table, with chairs. read more
