It was 45 minutes past my appt time when I walked up to ask how much longer. This prompted another woman to ask the same thing, and her appointment time was for 9:15 am. I asked them to refund my copay and was not given a reason for the delay. The office opens at 8:00am. I asked the front desk how the doctor could be so backed up in the first hour of opening that the 9:15 person is still waiting. Side note - there was another person who checked in after me who also said they had a 9:30 appt with the same doctor. I had a long wait a few months ago as well, but let it go as these things happen. Either they don't know what they're doing, or they're double-booking patients, knowingly causing major delays. I will not be a returning patient.

If you call for information, you are placed on long holds up to 15 min or more. Today, October 21, had a 11am Telecall scheduled for today. Office called at 1014a and left message to call back ASAP. Called office and explain; left me holding for 20 min and said need to reschedule call. I said "no", placed on hold again. Finally, at 1046a said Dr will call at schedule time 11a and I must be flexible as he might be with another Patient. I said No, I expect him to call at 11a as promised. Still waiting......11:30 no call. No respect for Patient's Time. At this point, I will find another practice.

His entire office staff were helpful and seemed genuinely excited to be a part of my experience. They took the time to answer every one of my millions of questions and never made me feel like I was being an inconvenience or silly for asking. One thing I really loved about Dr Azad and his staff is that they were very up front and honest with me about the process and results. I was referred by a friend who had the same procedure I was contemplating. We both had done some homework and it was really beneficial because the results really speak for themselves. So, there would have been plenty of time to complete my procedure (laser hair removal) despite my late arrival if I hadn't had to repopulate additional paperwork. Wouldn't rate so low over the address mix up -I understand I was late- but the woman Diana was so insistently arguing me about how I had been to this location before (I had not, my last appt was in 2014 which I know bc she looked it up -wasting more time I could have been getting the treatment) and how she had been clear to mention the "north" part of the address when calling to remind me. Obviously either of us could have been correct, but I am usually one that pays close attention to detail so I feel like I would not have missed that - and either way my biggest issue is the lack of professionalism to argue with me in front of other customers about how I had been to this location before. Update Oct 4th - In response to the doctor's review below...I did choose to wait for over an hour and a half to see if Diana would fit me in. There were 2 separate times where she was on the computer for 20 minutes, not treating me and not treating other patients and when I asked if I could be seen then she said she had to fill out her post treatment documentation immediately. So after almost two hours of waiting, I decided not to waste any more of my vacation day sitting in this (albeit very nice) office being talked down to and ignored. Also my apologies for not remembering the exact location of an office building I had not been to in 3 years in a state I don't live in. Dr DeBaise took care of me during multiple hospitalizations due to complications from open hesrt…read moresurgery. He performed a successful skin graft after months of a wound vac and antibiotics due to multiple infections. He and his staff are wonderful. Kevin and Esther were so kind to me and made all my hospital stays more tolerable with their upbeat personalities, as did Dr DeBaise. Most recently he removed sternal wires that were poking me in the chest as a result of a significant weight loss, There was minimal pain after the surgery and I could resume most daily activities with some precautions in a couple of days. Dr DeBaise listens to the patient and does his best to fulfill their needs. I can't say enough about him and his practice. I am thankful he was assigned to me for closing the wound after heart surgery. The skin graft was taken from my thigh and you can barely tell that it happened. You can't go wrong with Dr DeBaise and his staff.
