I & my parents went to the previous location over 20 years ago, for years/decades. The new location is mind boggling. It's crazy fancy. Beautiful. The doctor has gotten too busy & has more nurse practitioners for new clients. If you wait too long to see him, more than 2~3 years without an appointment, you lose him for regular checkups, & then have to see the NPs instead. He might still perform surgery though if needed for you. Appointments can take months of waiting. Front desk might call back to request health insurance information again. They lost it the first time. To remind you of an upcoming appointment, they call twice to confirm. I prefer working directly with Dr. Moskowitz, due to better communication & better results with him in the past. He's fantastic. I trust his medical skills. Very few good medical & dental professionals in Central Florida, versus South Florida. read more

5 Stars for FABULOUS staff and without a doubt the most luxurious doctor's office I've ever been to. (Be sure you're going to the correct location that's behind a Publix- across the street from the old location.) Legit. It looks like a ski resort. Check my photos. OK, on to the actual medical experience (lol). My friend recommended Moskowitz to me and even though it was a bit of a trek away (Oviedo), the rec was hearty enough that I made a much-needed appointment for me and the hubs. As a new patient, I didn't know if they'd be able to fit me in quickly as I had a mole that was looking reeeeeally funky and worrisome. My initial call was easy and left me feeling so valued as they fit me in a week prior to the original date they gave me when she found out I was concerned about a particular mole. After accidentally going to their old location, I finally got to the building and was blown away. The lobby area is VERY lux and I felt like I was on vacation. Trust me- you'll get it when you're there. I filled out some quick forms and was called in right on time. Carla and Lisette were the nurses who got me started before and after my provider, Alicia Nuñez (Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner) saw me. I had a great time chatting with Carla and Lisette and they put me at ease. It's crazy how much this makes a difference when you're stressing. I'm so thankful for their warmth! And then APRN Nuñez took a thorough scan of my body and was so gentle with me as she took some biopsies (I let them know I have a vasovagal response sometimes and faint, so they got me apple juice). Afterwards, I was able to purchase a few items from their store (off to the side of the lobby) to care for my biopsy areas over the next few weeks. I was pleased to see that the prices were low. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my new derm. I'll definitely be recommending them! read more

Came in to have surgery on a mole that was biopsied on a previous visit which came back suspicious and told it could develop into cancer. When I got there I called attention to another spot to the medical techs that I also had mentioned on my last visit that I wasn't sure was seen (as they cut five other spots out that visit) so just wanted to make sure that the NP Alicia saw it while I was there. For some reason, not knowing I guess what the techs said, the NP came in already defensive, shaken up with nerves and accusing me of not trusting her I could only guess maybe she felt I was accusing her of missing a spot discussed on the last visit, but I assure you this was definitely not the case. It takes a long time to get an appointment and while there I just wanted to be sure it was seen. I am dumbfounded at what transpired!! Instead of just saying "hey the techs said we may have missed a spot let's take a look." Medical professionals should let patients speak as they may have anxiety about the procedure and need to clarify what is being done and take time to answer questions instead of being in a hurry to get them out the door, but instead, a miscommunication issue gets blown out of proportion and instead of rescheduling so I can have this procedure that they said was necessary appointment, they call and say they need to part ways. Again, I am completely dumbfounded as to why this happened just for questioning a spot that may have been missed on the last visit. Leaving a patient after a biopsy that they did and saying it needs to have surgery and refusing to do it is malpractice. read more

I've been coming here for decades and I can't recommend them enough. Their newly built office is like visiting a museum. Dr. Jeff loves photography and it's shown throughout that he excels at his hobby. The staff of friendly and the wait time is never long. Plenty of parking and a great lobby to wait - come early and relax--it's that beautiful. They even provide an outdoor waiting room on nice days. The only thing missing is the huge fireplace and you'd think you're out west at a Montana lodge. read more

Cannot say enough amazing things about this practice, especially Brooke Gregory. From the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave, everyone is always smiling and so helpful. I am so thankful this practice was recommended to me years ago. Never regretted switching to Moskowitz Dermatology. Brooke Gregory is always so very patient and addresses all of my concerns. She is also very thorough in her examinations. Some of my past dermatologists pretty much asked ME what they should check. And if you are a woman who has hot flashes? I've been a patient here since I was a little girl. I have numerous skin complications and Brooke Gregory used to take phenomenal care of me. Not anymore. Since they've moved locations, they fail to remember what medications I'm off/on and do a terrible job accomplishing things. Took forever to get appointments in and once I got appointments made, they held me in the back room for over 30+ minutes before I even saw Brooke Gregory. Her excuse was having a new patient in front of me and explained they didn't have enough time to do a SKIN REMOVAL which made me feel rushed and now worried. I refuse to go back to any provider there and had a difficult time even canceling my appointments. Don't recommend whatsoever! read more

Bad experiences with this office. The ladies in the front office are incredibly rude. I woke up very sick with a sore throat the day of my appointment and I called to say I couldn't come in, then was yelled at that I'd have to pay a $100 cancellation fee no exceptions. I asked to speak to the office manager because the woman was incredibly rude and mean, then the office manager proceeded with the same attitude. She lied and said that I should've gotten a call from someone a few days ago who mentioned that I could cancel my appointment over the weekend when the office was closed. 1. I didn't know I was going to wake up sick that day 2. The person who called for the appt reminder NEVER said that to me at all. I couldn't have cancelled my appointment in advance anyway because I didn't know I'd be sick, but if I had been able to, I would've easily listened to the person who should've told me that and avoided this whole mess. But no, I was absolutely never told that they had some phone system where you can cancel when the office is closed. The manager refused to believe me and was combative. The manager then proceeded to say I should still come in for my appointment, encouraging me to come in to their office sick. I said absolutely not, I'm not spreading this around, that is incredibly irresponsible. Regarding the $100 cancellation fee, I had to get her to admit it because she didn't want to say this.... but if you cancel your appointment without rescheduling, then you DON'T have to pay the fee. If you do reschedule, you have to pay. That was something the first office lady never told me, otherwise I wouldn't have had to talk to the manager. So of course I said yeah no I will not be coming to your office ever, after being so rudely spoken to, so cancel my appointment. Extremely combative and rude people. THINGS HAPPEN. People get sick, accidents happen, etc. Terrible customer service and not accommodating at all. My boyfriend also had a bad experience here. He had an operation done there to take out a cyst. There was a smaller one next to it. The smaller one ended up rupturing a couple months after the surgery. He called to be seen ASAP as the area was getting red and swollen. They refused to see him for 6 weeks. He had to go to the ER. Moskowitz Dermatology sucks. The office is very clean and new looking but don't be fooled. Everything is also overpriced because they're "boujee" and the attitudes are terrible and stuck up. read more

Definitely one of the better experiences I've had at a dermatologist's office. Clean, pleasant, and they listened to my concerns. They are currently accepting new patients, which is great for me because I tried to get in there a few year ago, but they didn't have any capacity. My whole family goes here and they have found skin cancer on most of us - so definitely doing a good job. read more

Beware all new patients! My son who goes to college in the area was looking for a dermatologist. A friend referred us to this dermatologist. He made a new patient appt back in May and couldn't get in until Oct. 15, 2024. He gave our insurance information at that time. Then 5 months later, they canceled his appt for no reason and without his knowledge. They called my son's phone last Friday at 9:00am to get the insurance info again, saying it expired.. but he missed the call bc he was driving back to school after the hurricane. (How does insurance expire? It did not change from May till today!) If true, why did they wait 5 months to verify the insurance? He tried to contact them the same day but realized they closed at 12:00 pm. So, he called Monday and was told his appt was canceled bc his insurance expired and he didn't call back on Friday. Wait? What? You call someone and give them 3 hours to respond and when you don't hear you cancel their appt with no warning? The message never said if you don't call back in 3 hours we will cancel your appt. He waited 5 months for this appt. this is how you treat new patients? Now they wanted him to wait another 5 months for a new appt.! Not a chance! It was their mistake not his..I called the office to verify the insurance on his behalf because he is under our insurance and spoke to the front desk and I asked to speak with a manager. She ( the front desk) asked "what it was in regards to?" so I explained, also sharing how disappointed I was. Never got to speak with the manager but was told she'd call me back. At that time I gave the front desk the-insurance info again to make sure it matched what was given in May. She verified it did. So again, what was the problem? On top of this, They also canceled my son's girlfriend's appt for the same reason claiming her insurance expired. They had back to back appts. She is an established patient with them and her insurance also never changed. (What in the world is going on with this place?) My son was very upset after waiting several months for this appt. Which he really needed. They then lied and said they also tried to call both my son and his girlfriend on the 8th of October. Neither had a message or any phone record of that claimed call. I asked for them to prove they had called them. Both are extremely responsible and would own it if it was their mistake. Then my son rec'd THIS message on his phone today from Anita the office manager! "Hey ( deleted son's name)it's Anita at the Dermatologist office. Yes unfortunately the first new patient appointment is gonna be February. And it would be with Alicia And if you guys want to come together then that's where we'd have to put you guys, but (gf name deleted)sorry. Yeah She can call the office because she's established and she can get in with her provider Elana sooner if she would like that's up to her. Your mom also called. Please ask your mom not to call the office. You're 22. She's not a patient. So this is you, you were able to handle this with me so l'd appreciate if you'd let her know But I know you have class This morning starting at 10, I think, So when you get done, give me a call back at 407-542-0100. My extension is 1407. (This was copied exactly from script on his voicemail!) I couldn't believe it when my son told me what she said about me calling there and then reprimanding him!! UNPROFESSIONAL! She was right I am not a patient and will never be...but we are HOH on Insurance. Anita has no business saying that to my son. She could have called me back like I asked. Anita also was ignorant to the fact, that I have durable power of attorney to speak on his behalf. She should be more worried how they treat people. Stay Away and Believe the bad reviews. I honestly felt like they needed these two appts to make up for lost hurricane time and thought cancel the college kids. No apology, only attitude and to expect him to wait another 5 mons. for another appt.!! I would not ever support this kind of practice. read more

Moskowitz Dermatology is the best place for all your dermatology needs. I have been going to Dr Jeff now for many years. Long story short, I was recommended to the office via word-of-mouth after I had a face-to-face encounter with a wakeboard. Wakeboard - 1. Lisa -0. Ever since the incident I've been going a minimum of twice a year due to my very fair and Florida Sun loving skin. While the actual nick, scrapes and biopsies are not a favorite, Dr. Jeff and his staff make the visit quite fun. Dr. Jeff's humor, personality and genuine concern deserve the highest rating.. and of course his professional advice. There is a good reason this office is always busy... he Is THAT good! Don't worry, if you find it difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Jeff, the rest of the staff are just as great. Every doctor or nurse practitioner I've seen here are top notch. read more

My teenage son had an appointment there with Dr. Brooke Gregory at 8:00 am and we were 10 mins late (my GPS was acting crazy, in my defense) . The office staff jumped through hoops to help me get paperwork processed and to be able to still be seen (first visits are always more time consuming). FYI Dermatologists are very booked all the time. We waited 3 months for a simple acne appointment. Dr. Gregory and her nurse still saw us and spent time asking lots of questions. No one in the entire practice made us feel rushed or that they were irked with us. 8:00 am I believe is their first visit. Imagine that I probably made them run behind all day.
