Even before that, I had two septoplastys before that as well. The first rhinoplasty I had wasn't exactly great and left me in a position of unhappiness with my nose never being straightened and also making the tip of my nose bulbous. With Dr. Gross, he was able to completely straighten my nose and remove/fix scar tissue of the tip of my nose. Extremely great patient interaction every time & would recommend him to anyone who's looking for genuine work to be done. I just had Dr. Gross also do a lower eyelid blepharoplasty as well and it couldn't have been smoother. Thanks Doc for the help you've been, hope this helps anyone that comes across this review!! They do charge a $50 fee to secure the consult which they take off of the cost of the filler (just make sure it comes off your bill before you swipe) Healing time took only about 3 days, at which point the swelling was minimal to none. I was left with virtually zero bruising whereas my first experience getting fillers at Buena Vista Asthetics I had so much bruising (which I was told was normal at the time, and now I realize they just had zero technique).
