We signed an expensive "they pack everything contract". When move day came the crew asked "did you pack or do you want us to pack"? It was obvious that no communication existed between what the sales person "sold" and what the movers were to do. They did a horrible job of packing . The sales person promised us 2 trucks and 4 movers - what we got was 1 truck and 3 movers with no understanding of what the job was. When the 1 truck filled up, they left me with 1/2 house full of heavy furniture and said "we called and they will send another truck" I had to call the office and ask what they were doing and he said we need to charge your card for the remaining balance because the truck is going to your new home. They ignored that we were promised 2 trucks and 4 movers and just said another truck will come later. Another truck and crew arrived later and groused that the first truck crew "left us with all the heaviest furniture". When the 2nd crew finished, they left an expensive foyer mirror in the house at the front door. Many of our belongings were randomly tossed into very deep boxes that had to be turned over so we could retrieve our items. Very sharp cutlery was tossed into a box loose. All in all, Good Greek did a good job of selling the job, but a horrible job of actually doing the packing and moving.
