The team did an INCREDIBLE job getting a 10' restoration hardware couch up 3 flights of stairs and into the narrow door of an apartment. They also plastic wrapped all furniture to protect fabric from dirt and damage. Moving was stressful for me and the team helped alleviate a lot of that stress knowing how skilled they were.

I am a woman and prefer that this not happen. I had to assist him with opening the gate to my freight car and with carrying items upstairs. After 2 hours he finally got more help. So 2 hrs of 2 men +me then 2 hrs of 4 guys. Now when it comes time to pay he requested more money than he quoted and was pretty adamant that he deserved it. David could tell I was pissed, he asked how can I make you happy.....well clear pricing and following my instructions would be a great start! I am outraged by any small business owner who rips off customers. This mover is a Sketch, don't use him!

I searched on Yelp for someone local and Family Moving has 5 stars so I gave them a call. I thought they'd have to come out and give me a quote but Susie helped me out on the phone. She asked me to explain the size of the condo and how much furniture and then told me she would send over 3 guys. They charge by the hour and there is a 3 hour minimum. She happened to have a day the following week available so I booked them. Three young men showed up right on time and got right to work. I honestly thought they would be moving slowly to try to get the price up but they were quick and efficient. They wrapped a couple of glass shelves I was starting to wrap on my own - I didn't realize that was included! Once they got to my home on the other side with my hubby they were just as quick and efficient. He even asked them to help out moving a piece of furniture that we had in a room that we needed moved to another room and it was no problem at all. They wound up getting it all done in 3 hours and 15 minutes. We tipped them handsomely as we really appreciate great work ethic and attitude. I would highly recommend this company for any move you have in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area.

I asked for an estimate and in less than 5 hours they had already sent me an estimate and possible time slots to decide when was convenient for me to have them clean my garage. I called several companies, but DDJR offered me the best price; later on, while they were engaged in the work, I realized they knew what they were doing. They came two days after I contacted them; about 8am they were at my door asking if they were able to start. By 1pm they had removed all the junk, cleaned the garage floor and walls, loaded the junk in their truck, and I was ready to say goodbye forever to my junk. Matias, the owner, is a courteous, friendly yet professional guy that took his job seriously; the guy working with him followed his direction so there was no idle time for which I was charged. Several times I showed my face by the garage to find out how things were going and while Matias explained to me how the decloaking process was going, the other guy kept working. They brought the necessary equipment and utilized the time effectively. Additionally, I got a really good price. I certainly will not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to family, friends and others.

The only issue we had was the move got pushed back a day, but that was mostly due to another client being somewhat less that truthful about the amount of stuff they had, so the "small job" they were trying to do on the same day became a 12-hour ordeal for them. I get it, and it actually worked out fine. I have to say that William was more than accommodating, and the price was incredible! Completely blew everyone else out of the water! Bobby and Jeffrey, even though I knew they were exhausted, took the time to really put things where I wanted them, and helped me get a little bit sorted so I can live in the new place.
