Flawless Operations and Heartfelt Care--The Only Choice for Your Dream Getaway!…read more I have had the absolute privilege of knowing and working closely with the founder of Wild Luxury Odysseys for over 15 years in the fast-paced dental field. She trained me from the ground up, completely shaping my professional path and directly impacting my livelihood and future for the better. Because of that, I know firsthand her exceptional work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and fierce dedication to helping others succeed. Her super sweet, kind, and compassionate heart shines through in absolutely everything she does, and I trust her tremendously with my family's most precious memories. Now that I am married nine years to my high school sweetheart and a proud mom to a busy 4-year-old, our rare time off together is incredibly sacred. I have taken many trips with her agency, and whether it's a quick getaway to New York, Hawaii or a complex itinerary around the world, I always know my family is in the absolute best hands. On our last vacation, she went completely above and beyond by arranging a surprise date night for my husband and me, coordinating a flawless on-site nanny service right at our accommodations. Knowing her extensive background managing multi-million dollar practices where missing a single detail was never an option, I wasn't at all surprised by how perfect the logistics were. She handles everything with complete precision behind the scenes. If you want an ultra-premium, stress-free escape where you are truly treated like royalty, Wild Luxury Odysseys is the gold standard!

5 Stars -- The Ultimate Girls' Trip Experience!…read more As a mom, I can honestly say sometimes you desperately need a break... and booking with Wild Luxury Odysseys was one of the best decisions I could have made. I left the kids at home for a much-needed Reno getaway with my three best friends, and from start to finish this trip was absolutely incredible. They set us up at the beautiful Grand Sierra Resort, and every part of the experience felt luxurious, effortless, and perfectly planned. We enjoyed amazing dinners at the resort restaurants, spent our nights dancing and enjoying the nightlife, and soaked up every minute of relaxation by the pool with drinks in hand. One of the biggest highlights was an incredible surprise when they gifted us a complimentary cabana by the pool. It was perfectly chosen with the ideal mix of sun and shade, and it honestly made us feel completely spoiled in the best way possible. What I appreciated most was not having to think about anything. Every detail was seamless, organized, and thoughtfully planned, which allowed me to fully relax and actually enjoy myself without the usual stress of coordinating a trip. Wild Luxury Odysseys truly understands what women -- especially busy moms -- need when it comes to stepping away and recharging. If you're looking for a fun, luxurious, stress-free getaway where every detail is handled for you, I cannot recommend them enough. Absolutely unforgettable, and I'll be booking with them again.

Susan @ Sonoma Properties is a Life Saver!…read more My partner and I have been renting via Sonoma Properties for over 2 years now. Susan has been our main contact for any and all issues that arise and has been extremely responsive and quick to action! We woke up this morning, in our old lovall valley loop home, to no working heat and a concerning smell emitting from the vents! we contacted Susan, before work hours, expressing our concern and she responded immediately! Throughout that day Susan worked to schedule a quality heating and air professional and, by the end of the day, we had been visited by a worker and had our issue completely resolved! We are endlessly thankful for the hard work of Susan and the team at Sonoma Properties and would recommend working with this organization to anyone looking to relocate to / within Sonoma! 5 stars! Would Recommend!

It has a cute little living room with a sink, microwave, fridge (no stove, note) and a sofa bed in case you're a family. There is a nice and comfortable bedroom in a little alcove and a lovely comfortable bathroom with a clawfoot tub. You have your own private deck with a table for picnics and lounge chairs for reclining and reading. They also have a private tennis court that you can play on if you bring your own racquet and tennis shoes. They also have bikes you can borrow, even if they are a little old and dusty :) The place is beautifully decorated and kept up impeccably. It's about a mile and a half from Sonoma Square, but we walked there without a problem (as long as you're up for a walk). A really lovely, romantic and secluded spot.

We had the misfortune of cancelling our reservation, which was done 3 weeks prior to our stay only to wake up to a nasty message that we did not cancel and further insulted us with a comment of causing him to lose money. I strongly recommend the proprietor check his email messages timely and regularly and accept his own responsibilities if he plans to remain in business. Do yourself a favor and stay at a nearby hotel. At least they know how to properly conduct business!

I would highly recommend staying on any of the properties at the Sage Hen. You will not be disappointed!

Have you ever worked with a vendor who was so wonderful you instantly wanted to be friends with…read morethem? That's Michael and Vivien Straus. They had our hearts within minutes of meeting them, and we quickly learned that their warmth was matched with deep event planning expertise, lightning fast responses to all manner of inquiries, and a general willingness to do absolutely everything within their power to make our wedding seamless. We can't say enough positive things about Vivien and Michael. We had heard planning a wedding would be stressful, but largely thanks to Vivien and Michael, we honestly never felt stressed. They regularly welcomed us to the ranch ahead of our wedding, helping us build a special bond to the land and to their family. They worked so effectively as a team, helping us find lodging, answering questions on behalf of our other vendors, thoughtfully navigating asks related to honoring recently passed family members, and so much more. During the wedding weekend, Michael bent over backwards to make sure everything ran smoothly, always beaming with a huge smile. His soft serve ice cream was such a big hit! It was always such a relief to see Michael, because we knew he was fixing something we didn't have to worry about, or making something work better, or just thinking 10 steps ahead to make a future moment run smoothly. He is exactly who you want at your wedding!! We had the wedding of our dreams and we can't imagine a better place or better hosts for this special moment in our lives. We plan to visit Straus Home Ranch regularly and will loudly sing the praises of Michael and Vivien everywhere we go, because we're convinced there is no better place on the planet to host a wedding.

Despite knowing children would be attending, the venue was unwilling to make even basic accommodations and repeatedly made us feel like our children were a problem. When I asked for a high chair, I was told, "No, you can't use it because no one requested one." Later, while my baby was falling asleep in my arms, staff singled me out from a row of guests and told me I "had to move" because they were clearing tables and we were "in their way". (Same thing happened during the happy hour.) The guests sitting immediately around me were left alone. We were the only Asians there, and after repeated interactions like this, the treatment felt hard to ignore. Maybe any one interaction could be explained away. Taken together, they created an unnecessarily hostile and deeply uncomfortable environment for my family.
