First thing that ran into my mind was this was going to be a big expense.... Called up BMW and their first appointment was 2 weeks away.. looking around at alternatives and came across Auto Envy.. they said bring the car in tomorrow and they will give me an assessment... Dropped the car off and later that afternoon they diagnosed bad oxygen sensors and the ignition coils also need to be replaced.. the cost of repair was about half the price BMW dealer quoted a year ago saying that the oxygen sensors were going back agreed to the repair and had my car back the next day running like new again.. This is a small mom/pop type shop that specializes in BMW repairs.. Friendly Staff, good prices, and great communication. Highly recommended if you need work done on your BMW!!!

I didn't meet any of the mechanics but I think the main man Ben is the one who specializes heavily at this shop and from what I read and seen he knows his stuff and does quality work. Had quite a bit of work done here and it's exceeded my expectations. M4 and M3 owners get your pinned crank hub done before it's to late. Spending the 4 grand for peace of mind is better then shelling out for a new engine if it fails. I'll end this stating that my car went in sounding like a dying zebra with COPD and came out sounding like a fire breathing dragon so I'm beyond happy and excited to feel the power of this monster super car.

Worst possible experience for detailing my car. Brought them a 2002 Lexus SC430 car to paint lower…read morefront bumper, they did a great job. They offered to "detail" it for $500 using a "subcontractor" I said too much. Checked around and that seemed like the going rate so I went with it. Now the word detail in my mind is this; 1. Clean doorjambs and rubber, all windows essentially everything in and out 2. Clean trunk jamb and all jambs and rubber 3. Vacuum and clean inside, spot shampoo as required 4. I paid for engine detail also THEIR QUOTE: This includes door jambs, interior door panels, engine bay, and a coat of wax on the outside. I go to pick it up - door jambs are ok. I open trunk where the hard top slides into - hadn't even been opened. They didn't even know the hard top went into the trunk - all rubber and jambs were very dirty filled with leaves and such as was trunk. Showed them how it works and all the jambs/rubber that needed cleaning and they said we will fix this. That was somewhat understandable if you didn't know how the vehicle worked. Went back today for final - moved the front passenger seat up - leaves and debris behind seat, leaves and debris under edge of floor matt. Neither Matt was cleaned/shampooed. Was told that was part of a full restoration. Also found the rubber seal about lower window part of the hard top window wasn't cleaned or touched. Was too that they didn't want to mess with that because it would take the lubricant off the seal and they don't normally touch the seals. Really? The seal is dry and old not flaky or dry rotted. Somehow the others were fine. Lots of excuses that pointed to a serious issue with quality. Now I said if this subcontractor detail company can't even vacuum I'd like to know who they are because I don't ever want to use them again. Was told no won't do that we don't want you "bashing" them. Ok so Graham Collision, if you don't want a customer to "call out quality issues " for a job they are paying for, that to most people are common sense, and that is considered "bashing them - your subcontractor", then you own it. YOU are responsible for your shoddy subcontractor's work and if that is good enough for Graham Collision then so be it. Fool me once but you won't fool me twice and I refuse to accept what your version of "detail" means especially when I would have gotten a thorough "detail" job from AutoBell for less that $100. We will see them tomorrow.

I went to a few other shops for estimates, and they were all quoting me higher. What prompted me to come here was not just the price, but the service Jenn provided from my very first call. I never dealt with an insurance company in the situation like this and she gave me the rundown of everything I needed to do and what to expect and she was spot on. I brought in the car and asked to have it ready when I returned from vacation so I wouldn't need a rental, they not only was it ready in pristine condition better than it was before, but they even buffed out a little scratch on the door that I was planning to do myself. They gave me the car better than how it was delivered to me from the car dealer I can't praise this place enough not only because they are honest and fair, but the quality of their service is impeccable. My car even had a racing stripe that needed to be replaced in the front bumper and they matched the color and placement perfectly. It looks as if nothing ever happened. I hope I don't have a lot of collisions in my life but knowing that they are there, sure makes life a lot easier. Definitely recommend them 100 times over.!

No one would take care of the rust spots on the roof and address my new leak. Ideally, I wanted the roof and hood painted because they were trashed from old age, lots of dry Thru car washes, and Hawaii's harsh environment. I stopped by their shop after 1 for an estimate and game plan. Scott saw no issues addressing the rust, recommended a new windshield (why I was getting water when it was raining), and decided a pinstrip would be best to take care of some of the clear coat that was on its way out. The ease of this process was very straight forward. He added me on his schedule for the following week. I must add they have fair pricing for the quality of work. A little over a week later I picked up my truck on a Friday. They washed and cleaned my truck and did a clear coat on my bad looking headlights. The pin strip color looked great and I couldn't be happier.

FIRST TIME - Car not aligned SECOND TIME - Bumper falls off…read more I got my car repaired or (replaced) here around March 23rd. An 18 wheeler backed up into my parked car. It was taken there from my insurance. First The employee assured me that my car would look brand new and like nothing happened. He then said my whole bumper would be taken off. HE SAID IT WAS BE REPLACED. He said it would take about three weeks because that's what it normally takes. I got my car back in six days. it did not look brand new and the piece that was dented in was still visibly dented in. I took it back and the employee agreed that it did not look properly done. I left my car and I got it back the 2 days later because Aaron said he was waiting for the piece of the bumper. Two weeks later, today, I'm on the highway and my rear bumper falls off. I go to caliber collision and they tell me that, that part is not related to what was done when in fact, you have to takeoff the bumper to fix it and repair it. THEN clip it and screw to secure it. You cannot do it while it's on the car therefore you must tighten something back up once you put it back. There were screws missing and nothing was broken or chipped so it was impossible for anything to have been ripped out as the general manager was trying to say. Telling me it was repaired now not replaced. They tried to tell me that that must've happened after I picked up the Vehicle. I picked it up two weeks ago so something must have been loose two weeks ago for it to come offwhile I'm driving. I did not get rear ended I did not get into no accident. . No one has the time to f**k with me and rip it out and I wouldn't want my car in the shop again! due to work, so there's no reason that I'd lie about this or that I'd want to be doing this. They tell me they can give me the quote for the new repair. I shouldn't have to pay s**t when I just picked up my car and the part that fell off is related to where you guys repaired because there's no way you can repair it without touching that part. I looked under my car, screws were missing and, where the clips go They were still in place, nothing on the bottom was damaged. So nothing was ripped out. I'm thinking since I got my car back in six days that they were moving too fast and must have not tightened it properly, but of course they cannot take accountability and now I have to get it done myself. I messed up and told him I work in construction. I mentioned it because I would notice if anything happened to my car being that I don't park on job sites. So the general manager wanted to use this and say it was my fault and I must have went somewhere. Just called back and said they see warping on the clip holders I would not recommend. The Indian guy, (GM ) And Aaron.

Why are you in my backseat when you are repairing my bumper? *Window sticker residue was left on the windshield.
