The staff was not only very courteous, the woman who handled my emergency, was able to have my tires looked at in an expedient manner. The friendly technician came out and spoke with me, after finding a screw in the tire and let me know he was able to plug it so I could go on my way. He brought it back once again and they had it scheduled to be worked on by the original mechanic on that Saturday. Do you they never once called to tell my father the mechanic was sick and didn't come in to work? They waited for him to pick it up that Monday afternoon to tell him it didn't get fixed. They have ( on several occasions ) failed to call anyone to let them know the status. My father attempted to yet again speak with the manager yesterday. He was asked to step outside and was told they would see what they could do. They did not accept any responsibility and did. It attempt to make this right. I will no longer be coming here, & I will tell everyone I know NOT to come here ever again! Very DISAPPOINTED!!
