    Went there this morning to get a 6 x 10 light duty trailer. The folks there could not have been…read morenicer or more professional. Once I got it home, an hour drive, I did my usual inspections of the trailer. Tires were a bit overinflated. No biggie. Set them back the factory recommended 50#. All lights worked perfectly. I pulled the wheels and hub covers to check the hubs, bearings and grease. All was perfect. Considering that this is one of their value leader trailers, it looked as though they had assembled the hubs as though their own lives depended on it. I could have pulled this across the USA and it would have been fine. Never found a new trailer IME set up this well. I have 8 tie down hooks to weld around the frame tomorrow and I will call it ready for everything! Best new trailer day I have ever had. I even stopped at a DMV in Suffolk on my way home and got it transferred and plated in 15 minutes. A new world record for DMV service there!

All in all straight to the point, pick out your trailer, write everything in ink. Some of y'all may get to know another use for the fingers just right and left of your thumbs. So I called ahead and also ordered 2 new tires for each vehicle. When H3 was worked on to install the new water pump the mechanic hit the radiator so hard it got a leak. When we got it home I smelled antifreeze and opened the hood. Green antifreeze was all over the engine compartment. I looked all over for the leak, could not find it. Call TAC and took the H3 back in. The mechanic (Tim) found the leak right a way. He could not deny that pressure on one side of radiator would push it into the frame of the vehicle and cut a 4 to 5 inch line in the radiator. TAC agreed to replace the radiator. It took 3 days to get it back ( had to wait for parts ) got home and smelled antifreeze again. This time I found it myself. Radiator cap was leaking. Was told new radiator does not come with new cap will have to buy one. One week of my life gone because I stopped in. Now part 2 the GMC pick up. This will be easy, state inspection and 2 new tires. New tires will be mounted on the rear. You got it the new tires were installed on the front. OK not so bad but 2 days later my front break caliber bolt was missing and I had no breaks! Will not go back! Did all this happen because they are honest or because they are crooks? Me vote is they are not honest!!

They stay pretty busy, and walk ins aren't an option. So my appointment was at 1. I show up and they take my vehicle right back. There is a waiting room that has a tv and magazines. In was very clean. I would have given more stars but there were oil hand prints all over my explorer. The hood wasn't closed all the way and we got a mile down the road and I had to pull over to latch it shut. Everyone seems very polite but I was very upset about the oil prints as my explorer is white and we just washed it today. I would recommend a little more attention to detail. One good thing is if they do not have a specific oil, you can request it in advance and they will track it down.

I put a deposit on the vehicle and was told that it was undergoing repairs and would be ready in one week from the date of deposit. After 3 weeks of me checking in with Jamal and Anthony, I was informed that if they didn't have the car ready end of the 4th week they would drop a loaner off to my house 3 hours away from the dealership, I said sure. At the end of the fourth week they return my deposit saying the part needed for the vehicle is on back order and they don't know how long it'll take, I said fine. I get a call 2 weeks after getting my deposit returned that the vehicle was now ready to go, the service had been completed and it's ready for pickup. I place another deposit on the 2017 Nissan Armada they had for sale, letting them know that I'm coming from 3 hours out to pickup the vehicle and set the time. I show up to pick up the car, go on a test drive and the car breaks down during the test drive. The entire time they've been claiming they're fixing an alternator issue, it's taken them nearly 2 months and the car is still inoperable. The kicker is Jamal and Anthony completely stopped responding the day of pickup and had me deal with 2 others Anton and his sales manager. They tried putting a bandage on as a repair the car broke down after they stated they got it ready for pickup, they want over 25k for vehicles that cannot make it 5 minutes from the dealership on a test drive. I've seen better service and quality at buy here pay here lots, do yourself a favor find a better Nissan dealership.

    I've been purchasing wholesale vehicles from Elizabeth City Nissan for several months without any…read moreissues until recently. The used car sales manager has now refused to sell me any more cars wholesale due to what I believe is a completely unfair and potentially discriminatory situation. I came in to look at a wholesale unit and told the manager I needed to check it out and think about it. I never made any commitment or promise to purchase the vehicle. When I returned to pick up a different car, I informed him I had decided against buying that unit. He told me he had already written up a receipt for it and claimed I "let him down" by not purchasing it. As a result, he's now banned me from buying wholesale from their dealership entirely - despite months of successful transactions and the fact that I never made any binding commitment to purchase that particular vehicle. He even told me "maybe one day if I ever get fired you can buy from there again, but not as long as I'm here." That statement alone proves this is a personal vendetta, not a legitimate business policy. Looking at a car and being undecided is not the same as promising to buy it. I've been a consistent wholesale customer with a good track record, and this treatment feels discriminatory and unprofessional. I would caution other wholesale buyers about doing business here, as it appears personal biases can override fair business practices.
