No one would take care of the rust spots on the roof and address my new leak. Ideally, I wanted the roof and hood painted because they were trashed from old age, lots of dry Thru car washes, and Hawaii's harsh environment. I stopped by their shop after 1 for an estimate and game plan. Scott saw no issues addressing the rust, recommended a new windshield (why I was getting water when it was raining), and decided a pinstrip would be best to take care of some of the clear coat that was on its way out. The ease of this process was very straight forward. He added me on his schedule for the following week. I must add they have fair pricing for the quality of work. A little over a week later I picked up my truck on a Friday. They washed and cleaned my truck and did a clear coat on my bad looking headlights. The pin strip color looked great and I couldn't be happier.

After two weeks, I picked up and noticed my rearview mirror piece was missing to my car. Nobody should've been in my vehicle considering all the damage was to the OUTSIDE of my vehicle. I noticed the mirror broken, went back inside and they told me they'd order it. Here we are 5 MONTHS LATER with no part. They've given me the run around this entire time telling me they ordered it, held it for 4 weeks, tried to contact me (which they did NOT), and they'd reorder. If I hadn't heard from them by Tuesday, to call. So I did, she wasn't there of course. So today I called AGAIN, highly irritated, they hung up on me twice after trying to talk over me and refused to fix the piece of my mirror that they broke. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone I know & will NEVER take any vehicle I own in life back to these people. The lady at the front is a BITCH just like I told her over the phone.

It's a diesel, and there are no modes out yet, so it's stock. I told Jennifer there in service, that it's a diesel not gas and it has the Def system. It's a special set up. Then all sarcastic she offers to put it on a lift and show me. I called the dealership where I bought it as I'm waiting miraculously they print off the drawings and said they messed up. Clueless.

After performing my due diligence on the vehicle I decided that I would like to purchase the vehicle and I scheduled a time to test drive it Friday, February 6, 2015, and meet with someone about purchasing the vehicle. In order for this to be accomplished I had to take a day off work and travel about an hour and a half to get to their dealership. On Thursday I was sent an email confirming my appointment on Thursday, February 5, 2015, and I responded confirming my appointment. On Friday I drove to Elizabeth City for my appointment. I even received a call from Felicia, while on my way, confirming that I was coming. When I arrived I was greeted, introduced to the salesman and offered something to drink. Felicia went to retrieve the keys. Immediately it became evident that there was a "problem", as she could not locate the keys. After conferring with numerous people, the car I had came to purchase was conveniently sold on Thursday. I however was offered two other vehicles, slightly higher price and not even the same make or model. I expect the 'ol bait and switch from a grimy used car lot, but not someone that is supposed to be a reputable dealer. I felt pressured and uncomfortable. I had done my research and knew what I was purchasing, but when that was conveniently no longer available I wasn't satisfied purchasing something that I did not want. So, not only had I lost a day of work, but I also lost the car I have been searching months for. If they had called me and stated they sold it out from under me I would have taken that better, but I was contacted by them numerous times for a week straight confirming I would be there and no one took the time to verify the car was still there, nor tell me I was wasting my time. Highly displeased with their level of professionalism.

I was scheduled for the 7th they said drop off the car the night prior and they would give me a rental. I went in and they had no idea who I was and why I was there... I had to walk back and forth from the front of the lot to the back 4 times (if I wasn't 9 months pregnant I wouldn't care as much) to try to get things straightened out. I guess the guy that sold us the car has recently quit and didn't set anything up. They finally agreed to let me leave the car and tint it the following day. I picked up my car today and it was not cleaned. I have black interior and a dark blue car so it was actually dirtier than when I dropped it off. I am happy with the tint but a little more customer service would have gone a long way
