Nails were not covered with polish.

June 26, 2024 Called 2:22 drove from Food Lion 4 minutes Picked out polish, used restroom, Pedicure she barely pushed back cuticles! She painted my toenails with my flip flops on my feet. The polish does not even cover the entire nail. Oh, and she did not dry the bottom of my feet before putting my shoes on! She put the top coat on my toenails when I was sitting at the table where she was doing my manicure. She literally was hunched under the table half lying in the floor while doing so. When she was about to start putting the polish on my fingernails I told her there was dirt under my nails. She completely ignored me and continued to put the polish on my nails. She sent me over to the table with the fans for drying nails. After sitting there a few minutes she came over to put a topcoat on my fingernails. After sitting about 12 minutes ask the nail tech closet to me if I was ok to leave. He said "just be careful. Regular nail polish is only for toes not fingernails. Gel polish is for fingernails." What the ???? 2:26 arrived 2:59 pm under dryer 3:13 was in my car Also wanted to note how miserable and unpleasant my nail tech was. The man tech was sitting there picking his nose! How disgusting! I didn't want to go to this salon due to the bad experience the last 2 times I went there, but I had to get a mani pedi today. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SALON AGAIN! Three strikes you are out!!!

Vivian is awesome. She is extremely talented and creative. She always has an idea for a design and gives me honest feedback about colors I choose in case they don't go together. She freehands her designs and can do just about anything you can imagine. Not only is she extremely talented, she's also a sweetheart to talk to. You can tell she truly loves her clients and her profession. The rest of the staff is warm and welcoming as well. They are extremely hard workers and so good at what they do. I love seeing everyone every 2 weeks when I go in.

I've been going here for a while, I switched over after having horrible experiences at other nail salons. Nha is the only one who does acrylics there (that's I've seen). He does an amazing job despite having many clients. Nha does an excellent job shaping acrylics! The sets he does have lasted me up to 4 weeks, I removed them because they weren't as pretty grown out (which is normal). If I hadn't taken them off they would've lasted even more! I called 1 hour before to see if they had availability and Nha was happy to take us in. It was 3 FULL SETS, he worked so well and in such an organized manner. Me and my friends were THRILLED!! We will always feel comfortable coming here, it's not like many other salons where it may be awkward at times. Definitely recommend (acrylics)!! I'm not so sure about other things (waxing, gel manicure, pedicure, and etc) because I have yet to get them done. I usually only do acrylics.

Went in to get a pedicure and relax for a mommy break. After the last few salons I have been too I didn't have high hopes for this being great either. I went in as a walk in and they asked if I could wait about 30 minutes so I said sure, I was a walk in after all and they were busy. Man am I glad I waited. Mai sat me in her chair, everything was clean and nice and she set me up with the massage chair and a menu to decide what I wanted. I went with the jelly stress relief pedicure and it was THE BEST PEDICURE OF MY LIFE. The relaxing soak, multiple massages on my legs and feet, gel polish (extra charge which I knew and was fine with before hand), scraping my feet, sugar scrub with a lime, salt scrub, lotions, hot stone massage, paraffin mask for my feet, hot towels... I was in heaven. They even gave me white wine! I considered moving in at this point . They were all friendly, Mai was excellent and never rushed a single part. Normally I leave a salon having felt rushed, with at least one cut on my foot and rarely the calluses fully removed. I left HERE feeling like I was walking on a cloud. Calluses gone, not one single knick, and she took her time and care. This is definitely my new go to salon. I'm only upset I didn't realize they were there sooner!

The lady rushed on my nails. This was my fourth time going and I really wanted to find a nail salon. It is also very difficult to schedule a reoccurring appointment. I also got my toes done and I asked the lady to take off the acrylic toe nail she said not it's fine. Needless to say my feet looked the same as they did when I walked in; they just got wet. Rhons

Great SNS dip powder manicures. Legit stayed on for a month! Wide selections of colors too. Pedicure was okay, nice massage but took too long for a bad paint application. I'd go back!

I am visiting family and decided to spend my Christmas money to get a pedicure as well as acrylic nails. I have wanted specific acrylic nails for months now, I have a reference picture that I showed to the nail tech. The pedicure was $45 which was overpriced for what I got. When I got my acrylic nails done, the menue said that they would be $28. after the nail tech had already started doing my nails, he informed me that it would be an additional $10 for the gel that he was putting on top. That would bring the total to $38, right? Wrong! I paid $95 in total for those two things. i regret tipping 20% for this poor job done. My biggest issue though, is the fact that the acrylic nails were done extremely poorly. Before hand, my cuticles were not trimmed and all that was done for my natural nails were cut. I explained multiple times how I wanted my nails to look as well as showing a specific reference picture due to the fact that I wanted that exact shape as well as length. I was under the impression that I would receive what I was asking for as the nail tech was very confident in what he was doing. When it was time to shape though, he said that it was impossible to get the pointness that I wanted. The nails that I wanted were more of a teardrop shape with a more extreme slant to the tip.I do not want to include the photo due to the fact that it does not belong to me but I assure you that it was shown multiple times and that I wanted those exact nails but in black. he kept telling me that it was possible until it was time to shape them, like I said, and then he said that it was impossible to do. I know it's very possible though because there are pictures of those exact nails all over Instagram. the acrylic was also done very poorly in general. it is bumpy and not anywhere close to my cuticle. they look grown out and ugly even though they're a day old. My apologies if there are any grammatical errors in this review, but I am using text to speech due to the fact that my nail just broke after having them for one day. I will be returning tomorrow to hopefully get my nails fixed so that they are what I wanted them to be. I would never recommend this place and the only reason I went was because I was uninformed and it was the only nail salon open on New Year's.

This is where he cut my toe twice

I went here yesterday for a pedicure and a pink and white full set. Let me start by saying I stopped the man and told him not to finish, that I was done and just wanted to leave, unfinished nails and all. Yeah, it was that bad. I had my pedicure first. A really nice, gentle, older woman started my pedicure...sugar scrub, paraffin wax, hot towels, hot stones, all the relaxing stuff. She did a nice job; no complaints here. While this was going on a younger man came to my side and started buffing my nails and putting the acrylic on. I couldn't really enjoy the pedicure because he was pulling my arms around and had me reach my right arm across my body to do that hand. Then he took over to trim my toe nails, trim my cuticles, and paint my toe nails. I check out my hands and they looked awful! The whites were very uneven and some of the white in the corners of my nails were pulled way too far back on my nails. I tried to tell myself they weren't finished and to exercise some patience. The man cut my big toe not once, but twice while he was roughly trimming my cuticles. I'm a shy person and don't really like to complain about things, so I'm thinking to myself "what am I going to do"? I had made up my mind that I would let him finish my nails and then I would just go home and paint over top of them myself since they looked so uneven and poorly done. I didn't even make it that far... He started buffing down the acrylic and the next thing I know I'm pulling my hand back with pain. He took a chunk of my skin out of the tip of my finger with the dremel buffer tool thingy! And let me tell you, it hurt! I took my hands away from him and told him not to worry about finishing, that I was done, and just wanted to leave. This is not typical of me, but I had had enough. He cut my toe twice, took a chunk out of my finger, and my nails looked like a toddler did them. Needless to say, I will not be returning here.

Won't go here again. Candy was unpleasant and it was a bad manicure. Old polish. Applied thickly ....so it never really dried and smeared.
