This place is fantastic! I have been going here for over 10 years. It is clean, new tables and chairs, new massage chairs! Kelly the owner is so nice and accommodating, and all the nail techs are fantastic! I received a great pedi the other day from Ryan, he was so kind, and listened to what I needed. My mani a week ago from Mia is beautiful and held up. My mother's pedi was done by Mike, he is so funny and nice. Prices are great. Nothing bad to say about this salon! Made an appointment and so happy with the service, very well taken care of for a take-off, French gel manicure and French deluxe spa pedicure. Pedicure chair is the most comfortable I have been in has a wide seat for us curvy ladies. They use bowl liners which I love and appreciate. Tony was wonderful and is my new nail tech, he took great care, listened to what I requested and saved my painful broken nail, his work was great and I left very happy and started my Sunday off to a great day! Experience was average.... But getting a pedicure and full set takes forever..... feel like I was in there for more then 2 hours. My application at the end didn't come out to a 10/10. Cuticles aren't managed right, and my nails are all ready chipping. I asked for French tip blue and the lines aren't even... the side of the acrylic are messy, and there is no definition to my nail... looks like the acrylic is coming straight out instead of having a curve. Made an appoint for a mani/pedi for 6pm over the phone. I arrived at 6pm, 4 walk ins were seated ahead of me which led to me not being sat in the pedicure chair until 6:21. Someone filled up the water soak and left- no one came over to offer service or even check in for 20 more minutes. When a new salon worker came over, she offered for my mani to be done at the same time as my pedi and I agreed. Again, no one came over to do my mani while my pedi was being done. When my pedi was finally done at 7:30pm, the salon worker apologized for not having time to do my mani. Pedi was not good- gel was over nails and skin. read more

Showed up 15 minutes before closing to get ONE nail fixed that the gel paint had chipped on the set she had just completed... she looked at me, pointed at the door lock, and turned the lights off and walked away. Called and made an appointment for my Mom and myself for Saturday. Ended up not working put, my Mom called to try and change the time. However, the times they had would not work. I got the worst pedicure ever on Sat. I can home with 5 cuts on my toes. One toenail has chipped in half, I still have calluses and the polish is chipping off. I am hoping I don't get an infection. My friend and I were looking for a nail salon open on Sunday and after reading some terrible reviews of other places, we decided to take a chance on Holly's. We called ahead to see when they could fit us in and the woman who helped us on the phone was very nice. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure, my friend got just a gel manicure. We were both very happy with the results! I'm usually pretty high maintenance about the way they clip and nip around my toenails but I didn't have to say a word... the technician was very gentle and didn't try to take off the sides of my big toenails. I also appreciated that they don't use that buzzy electric filing machine (I don't know it's called) when they do the gel manicure because it destroys my natural nail and usually burns my cuticle. Instead they just manicure and buff your nails and then begin the gel process. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely be back. read more

Holly's is the best salon I've ever visited for gel manicures - I am now a regular customer. Always happy with the way my nails are trimmed, shaped, and polished. The manicures last without chipping/peeling for 14-16 days for me. The salon is clean and the staff are professional and respectful. Like other reviews say, it is best to have an appointment if you don't want to wait. I usually can call the same day just a few hours ahead of time and there is no wait. It is slightly more expensive than other salons, but it is reflected in the service. I have not tried a pedicure here yet. read more

I just came back for a gel mani and it's probably my top 5 worst gel manis I have received. I have polish on my fingers that she did not care to even clean up around. I am so disappointed. She was an older woman who obviously does not care about her work. The thumb polish came off after she had "finished" and was wiping with alcohol. I don't know if the salon is treating them badly or something. They are fully staffed but only two people can do artificial nails and my nail tech quit. Now there is only one. The actual finished nail was good and they got me in at the last minute. But now I know why. My nail technician said two words to me and every time she looked away from my nails she looked at her phone screen to watch a show. She had headphones in her ears. I had to ask specifically for her to do my cuticles, the hand massage was about 10 seconds long, and I had to ask her to remove the mistake on the edges with acetone.
