VA Auto Spa is amazing!!!!! We had another company that was supposed to clean our car and missed the appointment. We called VA Auto Spa and they picked up our car within 24 hrs and cleaned it like new. We had a mold issue in the car and you would never be able to tell after the cleaning. Highly recommend this company. read more

This was the the best. I generally don't give reviews but this is an extra ordinary work by Edwin and Antony from Virginia auto spa company. I love it. they made by 2007 car like brand new one, I am so happy.. Thank you once again Edwin and Antony . read more

Alfred and Anthony did an AMAZING job on my car! I am having a baby and as a little treat for myself I wanted to get my car detailed before she came. I chose VA Auto Spa based on the fantastic reviews online and they did not disappoint! My "problem" area was my dirty seats but they washed them and they look good as new! It was raining during my appointment and they offered to valet my car to their autoshop near by to make sure that the wax could be applied properly. I appreciated the communication throughout the process and attention to detail. Great experience. I will certainly be using this service in the future and would recommended it to everyone in the area! read more

Excellent communication and superior detail. I haven't had my car looking this nice in years. Techs were fantastic-kind, friendly and thorough. Will use again. read more

Just got this service done and it was fantastic! Car looks brand new and the guys that came out were on time, efficient and so thorough!! Booking was super easy online. read more

Polite and extremely professional. They arrived at my house on time and did an amazing job cleaning my truck. Even washed the engine, who knew!! I would highly recommend VA Auto Spa to anyone disappointed in the average run of the mill car washes that never do a good enough job for what they charge. My truck looks the same as it did the day I drove it off the dealerships lot. The only downside is that they did such an amazing job detailing my truck, I can never go back to a drive through car wash again. If you care about how your vehicle looks, I would highly recommend these folks to come to "you" and do their magic. read more

Anthony and Tony arrived on time and did the detailing on my driveway. Courteous and thorough. I will hire again when my other cars need cleaning.. read more

Kind, professional, took a little longer than expected but the results were amazing. I'd prefer someone take longer perfecting than for them to rush. I also have an older car so it really made the interior look nice. My main problems were odor and stains since it was a used car and they took care of it so well. I'm definitely contacting them again if i need another detailing. read more

They did an excellent job with my smelly, dirty dog-worn car. Then they came back for my husband's car. They made it look brand new!

Our 2016 Jeep Wrangler had a great summer. It is primarily driven by my two teenage sons and it went on a beach camping trip, and it visited a few colleges. It slept many a night under the stars with it's top down... in fact I think it spent the months of July and August with it's top down. By September it was in pretty sad shape. We hand-washed it and polished some of the bug residue and shop vacced the interior but all of the cracks and crevices were kind of dusty and dull. Also the carpeting got all disrupted and we couldn't quite figure out how to reassemble it. Made an appt with VA Auto Spa based on the reviews I read here and on Google... BEST thing we've ever done for the Jeep! The price seemed reasonable and when we got the Jeep back we were 100% satisfied - every surface looks restored inside and out! The Jeep was returned to us in a "state of grace" lol! The car smells better and even the air coming out of the vents is clean and clear and doesn't blow dust particles into your eye. The chrome trim around each of the gauges in the dashboard display is shiny and no dust nor residue - and each glass crown over them is shiny, clean and clear once again. I don't know how they got everything so clean! They have the tools, chemicals, and experience to get your car showroom ready. It's a black Wrangler Sport with black rubber bumpers and fender flares - all of the black rubber parts on the exterior, which had been looking kind of ashy and faded, now look deep black and shiny again. Best of all, all of the floor carpeting and mats are back into proper position and settled down into the correct channels. It looks so good we considered trading it in for an upgrade! read more

Two individuals came to my house to do a car detailing of my almost 18-year old, 2002 Camry. When they were done, about 4 hours later, the car looked like it was brand new. Very pleased with the workmanship. Every part of the car was cleaned...they even opened the gas tank door and cleaned that area which really needed it. Manager Joe did a great job of allowing me to reschedule the original appointment and kept me abreast of when they would be at my house plus following up on the service. Could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend their service. read more

I would definitely go with this business again. Scheduling an appointment was really easy, even though I made a mistake scheduling online. I called them and they took care of correcting the error with no problem. My 2009 Honda CRV looks wonderful! I haul mulch bags and plants and my little grandkids with their messy food and drinks and I thought I was taking pretty good care of cleaning up my car myself, but the guys from Va Auto Spa cleaned places I didn't even know you could clean. They didn't rush and were very thorough and careful. This really is a spa for cars. This business is very oriented toward a good customer experience. In every contact I had with them, in person or electronically, they made me feel like a valued customer. They even graciously cleaned the melted red crayon off the seat of my husband's car while they were here, even though that wasn't part of the original job. read more

Alfred and Anthony came out today to detail our car and I don't think it's ever received so much TLC at a cleaning with other detailers. They were incredibly friendly and professional and the car looks and smells like new - they even helped fix a few issues with aligning the plastic seat backing that was re-installed sloppily by a different auto spa we've used in the past. I would happily recommend them to others! read more

Alfred and Albert detailed three cars for me this week. Bang up job. Perfect work, professional, pleasant, punctual. All good things. Thanks gentlemen! read more

We just got back from two road trips in a row and the two dogs we took were shedding and bringing dirt into the cabin. The door panels' inside was stained with sunblock lotion, etc. My SUV was ready for a good cleaning. Alfred & Anthony did a superb job. My car looks and smells close to brand new. Easy to set up appointments, no fuss, no time wasted. Awesome company to use. Will definitely call on them again. read more

They are incredible!!!! So professional and thorough. I recommend them over all others. I will be using them again soon!

Two very determined guys turned my 13 year old Highlander into a shining gem in about three hours. I couldn't believe the improvement even to stains that I thought were permanent! Inside, outside and even the engine compartment looked spectacular. Makes me want to get all the little stone hits in the paint touched up. Highly recommend VA Auto Spa. read more

Alfred and Saul are the best. My 14 year old car now looks brand new. Very professional, punctual and very detailed. Hands down the best two people! read more

The team was fantastic. Very friendly, professional and did an awesome job on some challenging cleaning. They worked through despite the summer heat. Appreciated all their work and attention to detail. read more

The professionals at VA Auto Spa were timely and did a fantastic job on our car. There was an extremely stubborn grease stain in our cloth seat that they got to look like new. The gentlemen followed COVID safety precautions and were flexible in working with the unique parking situation in our neighborhood. They sent updates prior to arrival as well as when they were complete. Would use them again! read more

Excellent experience. I was notified early that the team would be a bit late and when to expect them. They came right when expected and asked if there were any concerns for the car. They did a very good job getting the inside and outside spotless! It looks like new and smells like a new car too. read more

Excellent and friendly service provided by Alfred and Edwin! I messaged the business in the morning, received a fast response and was able to book an appointment for that afternoon and purchase the Fall special within minutes online. The team arrived on time and quickly went to work in my parking lot. Within 3 hours, my car was done - car looked completely new and no sight of the horrible spill stain in the front seat. Super fast, easy and quality service. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of having my new puppy vomit all over my car, specifically between seats in the impossible to reach spots (on cords). I took my Mini Cooper to VA auto spa the next day and they gave it an AMAZING detail. My mats and upholstery had been through the ringer with multiple dogs, lots of mud, crumbs, and who knows what else. My car came back to me looking brand new and smelling fresh. Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming and helped me through what could have been a disaster. Samira the manager was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the entire experience. I will be telling all of my friends to go here! They are professionals who know what they are doing, even in extreme cases like mine read more

The two fellas just finished detailing a Ford Explorer inside and out. The interior looks better than the day my husband bought his vehicle! The exterior is super shiny, the tires look fantastic and the hubcaps too. The interior is what is really striking - the carpeting looks brand new, and it's a seven year old car. The leather seats have been renewed and look supple and brand new again. It took about four hours, and they came to my office. I am surprising my husband with this gift, and I know he will be thrilled. :-) read more

Joe and his team SAVED MY DAY!!! We had a very sick dog who urinated in the back seat of my husbands car and needless to say he was not thrilled. I was also stuck at home since my dog was just hours out of surgery. Joe quickly responded to my inquiry about detailing the interior of our car and I was so lucky that they also had a valet option available. Joe picked up my car and returned to my house a very short time later and the car looked amazing!!! The interior is spotless and there is no evidence of my dogs accident. VA Auto spa did a fantastic job on our car and their customer service is beyond compare! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you so much Joe for being a ray of sunshine during my quite gloomy day!!! read more

So far, so good. Joe runs this business diligently and with care. Cleaning crew is polite and cultured. Good final result

These guys do an amazing job. I have used them for a variety of cars and the cars are always returned looking like new. I highly recommend Va Auto Spa. read more

I just had the deluxe interior/exterior service and my car looks new. The car is a 1995 Lexus but I take very good care of it and now it's a beauty. I even had someone tell me they wanted to buy my car when I'm ready. The team (two) texted about their arrival, explained what the would do, and were finished in about 2.5 hours. The car looks amazingly clean and it is! What a nice and easy way to keep ones car in tip top shape. And.... the two men who worked on my car were so polite and nice. read more

Best detail ever. This place is in a dealership. Just call them and get directions and leave the rest to them. They cleaned my car and fooled me that it was 13 years old. read more

Very happy with Auto Assets / VA Auto Spa. This my third time using them and they are always on time, do a tremendous cleaning job (inside and out) and make my car look better than it did when I bought it. My kid left some silly putty on the floor one Summer, which melted into both the floor mat and floor itself; they managed to get it all out. Highly recommend. read more

Awesome place with a super easy reservation process. I wanted to get multiple cars cleaned and they were able to accommodate with no problem. Very thorough job with a lot of attention to detail. read more

I am one of those people who really appreciate great customer service and a business that takes pride in their work. VA Auto Spa (aka Auto Assets) did everything to make my experience easy and convenient. They offered me multiple appointment dates and times and a choice of coming to their space or to clean my truck at my residence. I chose for them to come to me and now my black truck looks brand new like it did when I bought it. The two guys who did the work were super nice and got my truck completed quicker than estimated. I really appreciate the hard work and how my truck looks now. Thank you to Auto Assets. read more

Great pricing, great response time, and van was cleaned in front of the house even after waiting out the rain halfway through!

I 100% agree with all the other reviews so far. These guys did a great job and made the process so easy.
