Polite and extremely professional. They arrived at my house on time and did an amazing job cleaning my truck. Even washed the engine, who knew!! I would highly recommend VA Auto Spa to anyone disappointed in the average run of the mill car washes that never do a good enough job for what they charge. The only downside is that they did such an amazing job detailing my truck, I can never go back to a drive through car wash again. Kind, professional, took a little longer than expected but the results were amazing. I'd prefer someone take longer perfecting than for them to rush. I also have an older car so it really made the interior look nice. My main problems were odor and stains since it was a used car and they took care of it so well. Our 2016 Jeep Wrangler had a great summer. It is primarily driven by my two teenage sons and it went on a beach camping trip, and it visited a few colleges. It slept many a night under the stars with it's top down... in fact I think it spent the months of July and August with it's top down. By September it was in pretty sad shape. We hand-washed it and polished some of the bug residue and shop vacced the interior but all of the cracks and crevices were kind of dusty and dull. Also the carpeting got all disrupted and we couldn't quite figure out how to reassemble it. Made an appt with VA Auto Spa based on the reviews I read here and on Google... BEST thing we've ever done for the Jeep! The price seemed reasonable and when we got the Jeep back we were 100% satisfied - every surface looks restored inside and out! The Jeep was returned to us in a "state of grace" lol! The car smells better and even the air coming out of the vents is clean and clear and doesn't blow dust particles into your eye. The chrome trim around each of the gauges in the dashboard display is shiny and no dust nor residue - and each glass crown over them is shiny, clean and clear once again. I don't know how they got everything so clean! They have the tools, chemicals, and experience to get your car showroom ready. It's a black Wrangler Sport with black rubber bumpers and fender flares - all of the black rubber parts on the exterior, which had been looking kind of ashy and faded, now look deep black and shiny again. Best of all, all of the floor carpeting and mats are back into proper position and settled down into the correct channels. It looks so good we considered trading it in for an upgrade! read more

Two individuals came to my house to do a car detailing of my almost 18-year old, 2002 Camry. When they were done, about 4 hours later, the car looked like it was brand new. Very pleased with the workmanship. Every part of the car was cleaned...they even opened the gas tank door and cleaned that area which really needed it. Manager Joe did a great job of allowing me to reschedule the original appointment and kept me abreast of when they would be at my house plus following up on the service. Alfred and Anthony came out today to detail our car and I don't think it's ever received so much TLC at a cleaning with other detailers. They were incredibly friendly and professional and the car looks and smells like new - they even helped fix a few issues with aligning the plastic seat backing that was re-installed sloppily by a different auto spa we've used in the past. Two very determined guys turned my 13 year old Highlander into a shining gem in about three hours. I couldn't believe the improvement even to stains that I thought were permanent! I had the unfortunate experience of having my new puppy vomit all over my car, specifically between seats in the impossible to reach spots (on cords). I took my Mini Cooper to VA auto spa the next day and they gave it an AMAZING detail. My mats and upholstery had been through the ringer with multiple dogs, lots of mud, crumbs, and who knows what else. My car came back to me looking brand new and smelling fresh. The two fellas just finished detailing a Ford Explorer inside and out. The interior looks better than the day my husband bought his vehicle! The exterior is super shiny, the tires look fantastic and the hubcaps too. The interior is what is really striking - the carpeting looks brand new, and it's a seven year old car. The leather seats have been renewed and look supple and brand new again. It took about four hours, and they came to my office. I just had the deluxe interior/exterior service and my car looks new. The car is a 1995 Lexus but I take very good care of it and now it's a beauty.
