Wow, just Wow! I was so impressed with the mobile detailing service. Edwin and Juno spent hours on my gross, dirty Honda minivan. They got every bit of dog hair, kid crumbs, and everything else out of the car and even cleaned the outside so well that they got paint off from a minor accident I had. We bought a used 2013 Q7, which the dealer surprisingly didn't cleanup very well at all. The perforations in the leather were caked with some kind of cleaner, and the leather itself was badly in need of conditioning. There was also quite a bit of grime and dirt around the interior. On the exterior there were a few scratches and the paint needed a little freshing-up. I was a little skeptical going in, but man was I impressed when I saw what these guys did to the car. VA Auto Spa's team was amazing. We had a Ford F-150 that we acquired that hadn't been driven in a few years. The previous owner was a hoarder and that carried over to the interior of the vehicle. The seat covers had mildew and the entire truck smelled musty. You couldn't see through the headlights either. By the time Alfred and his colleague were done with the truck, it looked and smelled like a brand new vehicle. My husband and I were blown away. They arrived on time and the price was very reasonable for the amount for the amount of work that had to be done. Ten thumbs up for VA Auto Spa! We had a scheduling snafu and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The mobile van came to our house yesterday (which made life so much easier!) and the crew GOT AFTER IT for nearly 3 hours. Their workmanship is incredible. Seriously, the car looks as good as it did the day we drove the car off the lot. Things I look for and care about when I pay for services: Quality of work, reliability and friendly. I worked with Edwin and Alfred, both of whom were very nice guys...definitely not a requirement, but it's always nice. They called me on their way to let me know when they'd arrive and they were spot on. Once they arrived they confirmed what I purchased and asked me if there was anything I needed them to be aware of and/or requests before they began. Both worked non-stop for about an hour or so (external detail), didn't rush and the outcome was just awesome! I have a 2011 Audi A6 and it looked like it did when I bought it! I will admit that the timing was partly my fault due to waiting this long to clean my car. I had an appointment in the afternoon, but due to how cold it was they were being held up due to water freezing. At this point I was more than willing to cancel my appointment. But to my surprise, they still were adamant about cleaning my car regardless of the time or temperature. That evening Alfred and Edwin came to my location. And in the dark and in below freezing temperature, these two cleaned my car. They were still able to do a good job on the interior.
