I also needed someone to procure materials and project manage as I live 2K miles away. After searching for a couple of months and being frustrated by no callbacks and outrageous quotes I contacted VRC Management and couldn't be happier that I did. Jozef and his team were extremely attentive throughout the entire process, completed the work in a very reasonable time frame, and had competitive rates. Jozef even walked me through a couple of additional items that made a huge difference in the remodel including painting the cabinets instead of replacing (I don't know how they did it but they turned out perfectly), moving a cabinet for better sight lines, making a waterfall edge to update the counter, and putting a light in the newly installed stand up shower in the bathroom. All of the work is extremely high quality including some of the best tile work I have seen (and there was a lot of it). In the end I have an entirely new bathroom and kitchen in a place that now feels brand new. Thanks to Jozef and the entire VRC team!

Let's just say the company the HOA hired was a disaster and I needed to hire someone else. In came Jozef and his VRC Team! Top of the line personal designer and service, he knows his stuff and is a good guy (most GC's no one ever trusts). I highly recommend VRC, not only their work is impeccable, but they are good honest people and will make sure you are 100% satisfied with the work or they will fix it! Danny, Jozefs number 2 guy always is available when needed and will smooth out any complications that may arise. I really appreciate this company and them putting my home back together in its new improved state! Thank you guys!

I was given a two to three week time frame and that was spot on. We had are cabinets refaced, floors done & countertops done. I also had an empty spot in my kitchen that they built new cabinets for. Let me tell you my kitchen looks AMAZING. They went above and beyond my expectations. When I saw the final work done I almost cried it looked so amazing. I highly recommend Save on Kitchens, you will not be disappointment. Great company!

SHORT VERSION: This company is dishonest and disorganized. Poor communication! They do not honor…read moretheir promises: verbal or written! Took my money and ran! Avoid! LONG VERSION: We paid Save on Kitchens $15,000 to reface our kitchen cabinets and replace our counters. Vince wrote the contract up as a 2 week job: 1st week for cabinets and 2nd week for counters. He literally wrote "2 weeks" on our contract. It has to be done this way because the cabinets have to be completed so that the counter measurements are accurate (MORE ON THIS LATER). Job was supposed to start day after Memorial Day 2022. We received a call from Anna THE DAY BEFORE THE START DATE that the job would be delayed a week because the installer got Covid. She said she would give us a discount due to the delay since our kitchen was already emptied out (NEVER HAPPENED!) We explained that we understood things happen and agreed to work to start the following week. What we didn't know was that Anna and Vince weren't moving the start date up a week. They decided to CUT THE AGREED 2 WEEK SCHEDULE IN HALF without ANY communication with us. As a side note, neither Anna nor Vince manage the workers. For some reason, 2 different installers called us fighting over who was going to start the job. How is this our responsibility? We complained about this with Anna who said she would manage it better (NEVER HAPPENED!) They basically thought they could have the reface and the counter measure happen at the same time to get everything done in one week. Instead they did a half-way right job in one week and spent more time the following week trying to fix mistakes (unsuccessfully). As a result of trying to get everything done in one week, the counters were measured while the cabinets were still being refaced. So, of course the final cut counters did not fit for 2 of the 3 sections being replaced. We contacted Anna right away when there was a half inch gap next to our stove and a 1 inch gap next to the refrigerator. Anna tried to gaslight us into accepting it as normal because they did not want to have to remount the sink and disconnect/reconnect the plumbing. We finally got Anna to agree to replace that counter but (per their usual lack of communication) we had no idea when it would be done. They sent the counter team over on Friday of that week. Because they were in a rush, they slipped with the blade used to cut the glue used for the original mount and put a long gash into our brand new sink. Also, since counter installers don't do plumbing and because Anna didn't schedule the cabinet installer to reconnect the plumbing, they were planning on leaving us without a kitchen for the weekend! I again had to stress out and get Vince on the phone to agree to send someone out that day. The other counter was not replaced and has almost no lip like the other counters. It's almost flush with the cabinets. That means that the cabinets have NO PROTECTION against spills. It's only a matter of time before this $15,000 job has to be done AGAIN. Other problems included: * Doors of different sizes * Rough cuts around cabinets * Trash can lids don't clear the cabinets * Trash can pullout squeaks like crazy since a week after install * Dishwasher screws and anchors fell out from being reused for 2nd install After the entire ordeal was done. I sent Save on Kitchens the final payment with a long letter about how chaotic the whole project was and how we were NOT HAPPY with paying FULL PRICE for HALF of what was AGREED. Vince and Anna cashed the check AND NEVER RESPONDED despite being able to reach us by phone, email, and text. That was a year ago! We're still expecting half our money back! And let me be clear that the problem with Save on Kitchens is fully on Anna and Vince. Vince pretty much disappeared after the contract was signed. Anna was always quick to blame the installers for her failure to manage this project and communicate with us what was going on. The installers were great people who were forced to work outside of normal practices and held to the impossible task of making things perfect in half the time. If you were thinking about hiring Save on Kitchens, DON'T! If you're in the grace period to cancel your contract, CANCEL IT! If you're stuck with them, I'M SORRY!

I beliv they are running a Ponzi scheme of a company, or at least that is what it appears to be with the amount of work they are getting done around here. It seems like they used our money to get their bigger clients' jobs done and not our job. The amount of work they have finish in the past five months could have been done in 4 or 5 weeks. There have not shown up to work for muliple weeks, and when the do show up it is one or two days and they only get one thing done. Don't fall for the "you need to pay us money at differen phases" and then they don't show up. They claim this doesn't usually happen but they are NOT doing anything to get things done any faster. They continue to tell us someone is coming to do such and such work and NOBODY shows up.

Since I had three joint removals done we felt we needed to farm this out. We interview four separate contractors for the job and chose Premier Home Improvements LLC as the one to go forward with the contract. What had impressed us the most was their approach to managing the project. It was a project manager's approach. Everything was laid out, in writing, as to what were their responsibilities and what were our's. What we had to supply and when it was to be there for our side. What they would do at each stage of the project, demolition, plumbing, electrical, walls,. tiling, and so forth was documented and we had to sign off on it. That helped us to make the decision. What earned them the five stars was the quality of experts they brought in to perform the work. Craftspeople all. If an issue was discovered they just did not bill ahead with what they thought should be done but they involved us and asked our opinion on how to handle something. I can think of only one thing that I was able to provide a solution for that they had not thought of. All in all we were very thankful for the company as a whole during these trying times (COVID-19) and I am certain that even if we were not battling a pandemic they would have shown the same level of care, commitment, and professionalism Well done Premier Home Improvements!
