The office is clean and compared to others I have been to, they have more staff available to help, so lower overall wait times to be helped when you walk in. Some options of care can be limited, so make sure that they provide the specific treatment options your insurance allows. This office specifically appears to do both general dentistry as well as orthodontic care. They charged me two $50 missed appointment fees the week my 92 year old dad got sepais and we had to take him into the ICU. Mom died half a year earlier and I thought I was going to lose my Dad too (it was a difficult year). Other times there were "miscommunications" about expected charges (besides regular cleanings and fillings I've needed a few crowns and a root canal). I'd recommend ALWAYS getting a written estimate and holding on to it. Last summer a filling came out while I was out of state. I left a question on the office voicemail after-hours. I woke up the next day to find they had scheduled me for an appointment without speaking to me and they were unhappy I didn't make an appointment that I never made. They also were always leaving messages at the last minute asking me to come in earlier or later. As a caregiver who also works for the State it's really difficult to get away or change my schedule at last minute. I found out from my new dentist they also sent a snarky note along with my records. I found them really difficult to work with. I recommend trying other places first.

Remember, you have three days from signing a contract to void it. Also, they have an arbitration clause in their contract - I avoid them at all costs. You give up your right to sue with these clauses - in any forum, including small claims court, a favorite venue of mine. No lawyers are allowed in small claims court and you just go in and state your case. YES - a place of justice!

Darcy took over the practice and every time I went in she found something "wrong." My husband who had perfect teeth, never has needed dental care also started to begin having "issues." After our last visit our gut was telling us to get a second opinion. After being told I had 2 cavities and my husband having 3- we went to a different dentist and was told neither of us have cavities and in fact the new dentist was surprised with how much work we had done when looking at previous X-rays. Not to mention the office is super expensive. I had never shopped around for a dentist before so lesson learned there.

And then proceeded to argue with my husband and I about how this is not his fault that my child was crying and would not walk away from the chair where my child was after being asked multiple times to do so. Terrible experience dealing with the front office in the Keizer Oregon location. I went in…read moreSeptember to see a dentist for a cleaning and a check up. I opted to see a non military dentist because my experience has never been great while in the Air Force. When I was seen I asked them to complete a form DD form 2813. A standard military form to get you out of seeing the military dentist. They told me it would be no problem and they would send it. Today I called them and informed them that it was never sent. They said it was never mentioned and said they will look into helping do something they said they would do. They said they would redo it and told me it would be available when I got their this afternoon. I came in this afternoon only to be told they have the form and in order for it to be filled out I need to be seen again because the dentist who saw me is no longer there. They didn't bother to tell me that on the phone. Instead they wait for me to show up and waste my time to tell me they can't do what was asked of them when I went in for my appointment in September. They had the nerve to try and get me to schedule an appointment, It was very condescend because if they can't be trusted to do what they said why would I see them again. Front office team is not helpful with problems Staff is constantly turning over. From the moment you walk in the practices and treatment each person needs feels like an effort to shake your pockets out.

And when I mentioned I'll reach out when I'm ready to schedule. She had no concerns what so ever. And just sent me on my way. The lack of professionalism is real. This isn't the first time it's happened to me in the last 6 months.
