She entered and soon after Operation Hair Elimination started. Now I'm not saying I didn't feel anything; I was stone cold sober remember. But Balo had this incredible way of making me think about everything else but that hot way on my skin. During the session we talked about Camden Market, the history of Afghanistan and the different dialect of Nigeria (thank you Wikipedia for making me sound like an intellectual!) and before I knew it, it was over! Balo was so thorough; not a single hair to be found. I would be lying if I said that my dislike for waxing is now gone; but at Phoenix Beauty Point it feels like a beauty treatment and not torture.
