Their driver tried to pull a hit-and-run and I had to get in front of their car to get them to stop risking getting ran over. When they did stop the driver wasnt the insured driver and they wanted me to lie to their insurance company. The girl then gave me her insurance information via text and I took pictures of both of our cars. I called this insurance company and they refused to take my claim because the girl's phone number was not the phone number they had on file. It was her dad who was the primary insurance holder. So even though I had their insurance information that THEY sent me my claim was declined because of a phone number loophole. How else did I get their information you scumbags? This place is a scam and 100% unethical and will do anything shady to protect their drivers. Geico got me my money back and took you guys to court after you tried to pull this shady move. The legal loopholes that you will take to protect a driver who tried to hit-and-run is ridiculous. Also whenever I called your staff they tried to make me feel stupid and brush me off. Again if that's how you treat people after you're insured drivers try to commit crimes that makes you unethical. If you are hit by one of their drivers you better hope they arent insured by Ayala. Call your insurance company right away to have them deal with this company.

If I could give a negative rating I would. American Income Life sold a policy to my disabled son…read morewith brain cancer in MINNESOTA. He was on RSDI and section 8 housing. He had a son who lived with his estranged ex-wife. They coerced him into signing for a life insurance policy for his 10 year old son in 2017 when they found out it was illegal to have a policy on himself. The policy was 75.92 a month that they took out of his checking account. My son passed away in 2023 and American Income Life was told the person who signed the policy and was paying for this had passed and they were sent the death certificate. American Income Life say because the policy my deceased son took out is for his son, and they cannot cancel it. Now they are contacting the person who called them to cancel the policy by sending him collection letters and sent his name to the credit collectors. What??? They have this person's name and address from sending them the certified death certificate. What is going on here? The person receiving these threatening collection efforts is not even a blood relative and has no financial connection. This is fraud and extortion. The policy should have been cancelled in 2023 upon his death. All money taken after his death should be given back. We are reporting to consumer.protection@state.mn.us

I had actually worked for another very mainstream insurance company as a insurance producer before this, and left that company to work for AIL. I work for the Phoenix office and have never been more excited about office culture, career development, and products and services of any company I have worked for more than AIL. I do not see myself ever leaving this company (they are truly a giant family).
