Wow, Wow, Wow. Victor is absolutely amazing they did such a amazing job. They removed two large 50 foot tall pine trees along with all the pine needles probably 10 other tree stubs from different trees and vines and it's like they were never there. A couple days ago my Wife contacted V. Ortiz Tree Service and have them give us an estimate on trimming a couple Palm Trees in our back yard and two trees in front. He came out that day a couple house later and provided us with an estimate for all and we agreed. He said they could do it today ... and they did. They arrived at 3:30pm and proceeded immediately to the Palm Trees ... climbing up and clearing it out. While cleaning up the backyard, two of the guys started in on the two trees in front. They were here just over two hours and all four trees were done perfectly and the yard cleaned up ... spotless. A Four Man Crew took care of our four trees in a very short time. These guys are remarkable. They are very efficient, priced extremely fair and cleaned up our yard immaculately. Our Palm Trees and Live Oaks never looked better. We highly recommend them. read more

What I appreciated the most (outside of the wonderful job they did) was his honesty. He didn't charge us based on the size of our home vs the job to be done like some of the others we called. I called Mr Ortiz and his office to obtain a quote for tree trimming and each time that Mr Ortiz said he would come, he did not, not even a call or text to say he couldn't make it This happened about 3 to 4 times. Each time I had to call or text him, just to receive another excuse. At last, he just ignored my texts. I am the president of operations for my company and if I treated my customers as such, we wouldn't have any customers. He is very unprofessional. I gave his company one star only because there wasn't anything less to choose. I did post a comment on their website, I checked it yesterday and it's no long there. I wonder why! read more
