Why am I not surprised that their first (and only) review is from an employee shill, yet remains…read moreunclaimed. You do not want this generic-sounding company of people to manage your property. And by "manage" I mean "get paid to work whenever they feel like it, or when enough people have complained to the owner". The old saying how you get what you pay for? They bid cheap, they work cheap and they wear cheap. It's just one Karen and Ken after another. Interchangeable body parts, if anything, and they seem to operate on a revolving-door business model because they can't retain staff longer than it takes the moon to reset its phases. Anybody decent (we had really good maintenance at one point) leaves for greener pastures. The story goes that they recently got involved with government housing projects (within the last year or so) because they saw an opportunity. I would call them vultures but they would be kind of an insult; vultures contribute to the ecosystem by removing the less-desirable parts of nature, whereas these people add to it. This information came from a higher-up at another company who currently despises them more than I do. If you kick the hornet's nest and bother them with too many questions, they'll call their lawyer and send a boilerplate response to 'perform covenant or quit' which is the landlord-equivalency of a SLAPP suit. I have more than a dozen stories during the year or so they've been here, I won't bore you with them because they're mostly related to lack of employee-retention and the need to protect each others reputation by keeping secrets from the tenants they're supposed to serve, but the last straw was when they let a dead cat rot outside our complex by the front door, in the bushes, for over a month. I won't even speak to them anymore, everything goes through the owners now. For the longest time, I didn't know what the smell was. But they did, because other tenants reported it. I guess their line of thinking was hey, they don't have to live here, what do they care?
