Throughout the entire process she responded promptly, clearly, and without an ounce of irritation -- no matter how many times I reached out. When we finally met in person, she took the time to explain the entire process to us again as if it were our first conversation. She reviewed each document thoroughly and made sure we understood every section before moving forward. She patiently answered all of our questions -- even when the same questions were asked more than once. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and seamless. Ms. Moryah's professionalism, patience, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Her services truly live up to her name -- The Document Specialist. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking dependable and knowledgeable support with legal document preparation.

This is an ALERT about this lawyer. Her name is Helen Sklar and me and my husband had a terrible…read moreexperience with her. By that time in april 2010 , i was moving from San Francisco to LA, so i didnt know any attorney in town to do a legal assistance for our marriage papers. I was recommended by an SF attorney, about this lawyer, So we decided to meet her. In the first meeting, she already charge U$50 just to talk with her. In the first moment she looks nice, she explained everything, so we left there with a good impression and we decided to hire her. After the decision made, it started the problems, in the whole process, we JUST talked with her assistant, and she NEVER was able to talk with us (maybe she was too busy for us?). every month she sends a bill, and this bill comes with a 'answer the email' cost that its U$10 per email. one time, they made some kind of mistake, so we have to send an email correct them and in the bill they were charging for that!!! And the worst part, the day before our interview, we went to her office to have the final conversation, and she FORGOT to send some papers for us, so when she asked 'do you guys read the papers i sent?', we're totally freaking out because she didnt send anything to us. Also, she made us be very scared about the interview and instead of make us ready and confident, she was trying to make us insecure about THE DAY. Please, i hope i could alert innocent people from this attorney. Spread the word, no more bad people around.

Helen and her assistant Andrew were great. I got More than expected…read more Due to a (unique) legal situation I had, My wife was facing a denial of her I-485 application. as a result I contacted at least 15 Lawyers in 4 states, some who had experience with my type of case some who did not. I had multiple consultations including one Law group in L.A. (claimed to have experience) that insisted we meet in person, only to tell me immediately, that they did not think my case would be successful, because they were unsuccessful on a similar case for a client that withheld infomation (Duh). We met with Helen who was incredibly flexible with meeting times, Helen, admitted she had never handled our type of case, but she was positive and willing to do what was necessary. She was also recommended by another Lawyer out of Washington that was familiar with our type of case. So In reading the other reviews I would like to Comment. Price: There are always 2 payment structures: Negotiated contract, and Hourly. If you go with hourly, expect to get billed for every call or email, that is expected. We negotiated $7,500 and my estimate is it could have been well over $20,000 if we had gone hourly. This cost was similar to other Lawyers I had contacted. I had one young, new, lawyer eager to take my case, for $1500, I know from all the other Lawyers I spoke to that he had no idea what was involved. Availability: Helen was available all sorts of times, We met on Memorial day, weekends, and even the Friday after Thanksgiving and the following Sunday (interview was on Monday). I had her cell phone and was able to call, text, or email at any time. And, yes, Andrew returned a lot of calls and emails, that is what an assistant does. Scare Tactics: Helen prepared us for the worst possible outcome, (Why focus on all the sunshine and roses, if I expected that, I would not be hiring a lawyer). No surprise, as all my Internet research already had me doubting our success. At the same time Helen never said that a positive outcome was impossible (unlike others I had spoken to). Right up to the last interview we were told, they could reject us for any reason, or ask for more documentation, or approve. Let's face it, we are dealing with the American government....It's all a crap-shoot, I doubt God himself could figure out what the government might do. Documentation: Sorry for the trees. Yes, there were hundreds of pages of documentation, Helen left no stone unturned, including some I would have preferred never been seen again. In the end I think she submitted over 500 pages of documentation in our case. Consider her the Matlock of immigration she will find the truth. To Sum it all up: The application process is not rocket science, If you have NO issues, and a half a brain. Do it yourself. If you need a Lawyer because of issues, or you just feel better having help. I RECOMMEND HELEN SKLAR. We are a success story in a situation that very few lawyers have experienced.

I'm not sure how he's able to maintain such a busy client list and still have such Amazing attentiveness. I feel like most lawyers just wanna get paid as quick as they can and they don't care if they really solved your problem or got justice but Mr. Khan does not stop until you've gotten what you're due. Don't be afraid if you think you can't afford a lawyer because if you have a good case, he will find a way to make it work for you and if you're not sure if you have a case, just talk to them, they're so helpful. I felt completely at ease talking to them, and I would trust my friends or my coworkers with his expertise.

Not only had I lost all my belongings but my ability to make a living was severely compromised. It's a terrible experience for anyone to go through and neither my private or business insurance would cover or assist because it was clearly the responsibility of the building owner. Well as you can guess a deceitful negligent landlord is hardly going to take responsibility and when his insurance company saw my claim, a much higher property loss then the average renter (again why I'm insured) they hoped fighting/denying it, I might go away . I never needed to navigate the legal system before and I knew I needed professional help. I begin to seek out lawyers and met with several. When I met with Sabrina, I was immediately struck by how honestly she evaluated my case. She was always very up front about the possible timelines, costs, outcomes, etc. When you've always done the right thing and worked so hard for everything you have, it's hard not to get emotional when someone takes that all away from you just because they wanted to line their own pockets. Sometimes I didn't want to hear that "this is the reality of the legal system" but I needed too and Sabrina, Cameron and her team always gave me extremely sound and accurate advice, in a professional manner. In the end I feel like I absolutely had the best possible outcome to my case short of the original loss never happening. I strongly believe the result was because of Venskus and associates and the way they handled my case, the advice they gave me, the research they did and the arguments that made on my behalf. They were always professional, competent, respectful, honest and compassionate. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, first I'm sorry, second go with Sabrina and her team.
