She is an elderly woman and doesn't know how to use her cell phone to find locations and she had no clue where she was at and she witnessed violence and was almost assaulted. I was able to find her due to an Uber driver helping me but it took me almost about two hours. Two hours of anguish, two hours that she stayed there out in the cold in anguish and I was afraid to lose her since she did not have the tools to locate herself. Horrible, disgusting and I am taking them to court for risking my mother's life.

Still made it to Monterrey however since I bought a round ticket from Turimex I traveled back to Dallas on this bus. The bus never made pit stops so it's a 10hr+ bus without food or water. The bus did have outlets for chargers but they did not work. The seats are uncomfortable and they pack the bus as much as they can. I don't know if this is all the drivers but our driver asked for tips at the end of the ride. Worst experience traveling.

Greyhound buses are comfortable and these days they have wifii and outlets. This station has wifi and bathrooms, so it's pleasant to wait here. It used to have a small cafteria. Now nothing occupies the former cafteria space. Maybe I wish it still had this cafteria.. Sometimes when traveling, hot food is a luxury, so a cafeteria could be nice. Maybe they could have stuff like a nice size order of French Fries for $2.50. So Greyhound, kindly consider bringing the cafeteria back. I took my first trip on MegaBus from San Antonio to Dallas a while back. Sure, you can get there…read morequicker in a car, but the amount of time on the bus wasn't too much longer. It only took us 5 hours and 25 minutes to get from the pickup point in SA to the drop off point in Dallas. Since COVID times, rider attendance is down, so they don't seem to be using the double decker buses with the tables facing each other. It was a standard Greyhound type bus contracted out of Kerrville, but we were able to sleep and watch Netflix on their free WiFi, and take advantage of their power plugs. Both 110V standard plugs for laptops, as well as USB charging ports. The bus even had a restroom for the 5 hour trip, and the bus was clean and in good shape. Tickets from San Antonio to Dallas are only $32.54 - one way (including taxes, fees, etc.). You just can't beat that with a stick! Keep in mind that they will make a stop in Austin to drop people off and board additional passengers. The driver announced that it would be a 10 minute stop, but it was closer to 30 minutes. Regardless, we still made it to DFW ahead of schedule. Pickup and drop off spots: San Antonio - just a big old parking lot. No indoor waiting area, so don't show up too early. Austin- it looks like they have an indoor facility but it was closed by the time we got there. Dallas - drop off - located at Fuel City, which is a popular food and party place on late Saturday nights. I hope I don't have to use this service again any time soon, but it's good to know it's there if you need it! I would use it again if necessary. Good value!
