I chose colors on our walls when we first painted as we moved in and I thought there was no way it would match and we wouldn't see an outline from where the hole was or the water damage was but each wall they worked on looked better then it did before the work was done. We were extremely impressed and even reached out again to have them finish the job of our mold repair drywall replacement because we were so satisfied and grateful with their previous work. Bryan has very clear and quick communication. Proposals and invoices are sent in a timely manner and things are scheduled as quickly as you need them. The guys who did the work in the house were very kind and understanding. We would definitely hire them again for any drywall needs we have in the future.

It is not just about money but finding the right contractor who would do quality work and not take our money and run. Cost is also a big concern since our house is huge and very high. I am in charge of finding the super hero to fix this gigantic mess. First, I called about 8 companies via Yelp to come and give me estimates. Some companies said my house is too big and tall so refused to do it. Some companies said it will take 3 months. Some companies wanted to charge me $100,000. Some companies unwilling to fix the rot wood. Some companies needed to rent scaffolds and hydraulic lift since the house is too high. Hydraulic lift is supposed to cost over $2,000. Yikes! I had about 2 weeks to get project done because fire insurance company threatened to cancel our policy if we don't fix up the house. I interviewed about 8 companies and found one perfect company: FD Painting. Why is FD Painting so excellent and won my heart? 1. They have contractor license and I insurance. 2. They were willing to fix all the rot wood. 3. Tino is also friendly and accommodating to different things I pointed out need fixing. 4. Their price is reasonable. The crew showed up to work everyday on time. 5. Their craftsmanship is also excellent. 6. They finished the entire project in 10 days (4 days ahead of schedule)!!! Hooray!!! 7. They didn't need scaffolds or hydraulic lift. 8. I didn't need to watch them while they worked. 9. They cleaned up well after the project. 10. They were honest and trustworthy. Priceless. Thanks to Tino and his crew, my house is beautiful and pristine again. I highly recommend FD Painting. They did an excellent job! They are super reliable and trustworthy. If you need to paint your house please give Tino a call. We truly appreciate their hardwork.

Our project included a full kitchen remodel, which was a significant undertaking since our kitchen is part of our open-concept living space and the work impacted most of our home. We also had new hardwood floors installed throughout most of the house, a new roof, several new windows and doors, and a master bedroom remodel that included a beautiful new built-in, crown molding, and closet doors. Goldenstar Development was an absolute pleasure to work with. Shem, Uriel, and their entire team were amazing from start to finish. They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. One thing we especially appreciated was how carefully they protected the areas of our home that were not being remodeled. Despite the size and scope of the project, the team cleaned up every evening and kept the work areas as orderly as possible throughout the process. This was really important for us since we lived in the parts of our home that were not being remodeled. The workmanship is beautiful, and the attention to detail really shows. Taking on such a large remodel can be stressful, but Goldenstar made the entire experience as smooth and positive as possible. We highly recommend Goldenstar Development to anyone considering a remodel. We are thrilled with our home and so grateful to Shem, Uriel, and the entire team for making our vision a reality!
