And if you want something, or are unhappy, just ask and you shall receive!! OK WOW - did I really have to write sanitary, like its sn option?? Yes, yes I did as a sanitized experience is one that I want when paying $40:-60 for a service!! I realized how gross it sounds and the fact that it actually happens is even worse! I was able to call and get an appointment after work very easily and get my gel pedi for $30! A total steal. As I arrived in the plaza there was plenty of parking and only a handful of ladies inside so I was seated right away. One of the main reasons I do not like getting my nails done is because of how time consuming it all is! You wait to get them done, you wait for the polish to dry, you wait to pay......I just can't deal with it. THANKFULLY this was NOT the case! I was in and out in about 30 minutes with great looking tootsies. There was no pain in the removal of my cuticles or dead skin. I also was given a sugar scrub on my legs and a hot stone leg massage as part of my pedi! The only reason I do not give this place the full 5 stars is because it does look a bit dated (including the massage pedicure chair that didn't function properly) and many of the nail stations were messy looking. They "dremmeled" my decent natural nails first…read more The gel paint lasted very well however, once they dremmeled the paint off, the next gel paint started chipping off the tissue thin and bendy nails I had left. They tugged at my cuticles with dull nippers. My cuticles grew out a mess for weeks. If your not living in acrylic nails, these are not the shops for you. Now, for the next 4+ months, I'll have these tissue thin chipping, peeling nails. Last time another shop did the same mess using sanding blocks. NEVER AGAIN.

I have been coming to this salon for over 5 years and have never once left a negative review…read moreanywhere before, but my last several visits has left me so upset that i'm not coming back My most recent appointment was the final straw. My nails were uneven, poorly shaped, and not drill filed correctly at all. The top of the nails were uneven, and my natural nail underneath was no longer attached correctly. I initially wanted to do a blue French tip again, but they were so bad that I said never mind. He took off the blue, but as you can still see, there is blue polish left behind. The sides of the acrylic are uneven and bumpy. I had to get the entire set taken off immediately after because of how bad they looked. I was refunded for the nails themselves, but I was still charged for the take off, which made no sense considering they were not even properly soaked off. They were ripped off. While my nails were being ripped off with nail clippers, I was told that I need to say something if I feel uncomfortable during my appointment, as if I am the problem or somehow responsible for teaching the nail tech how to properly structure acrylics. They kept telling me that the color looked the way it did because the acrylic was old and turning yellow, even though I never once said the color itself was the issue. The issue was the structure, filing, shaping, and the fact that my natural nail underneath was no longer attached correctly. She kept saying she could reshape them, but reshaping was only part of the problem. Also, the fact that my natural nail was no longer attached correctly to the acrylic should have been where the tech guided me toward what actually needed to be done instead of just continuing to put polish over it and moving forward with the service. Another time, I got gel polish on my toes and the polish ended up bubbling and leaking polish. Another visit, I got blue French tips and the blue lines were not even or done correctly at all, and the shape of the nails was completely wild. Then another set I got was pink with chrome, and the way the acrylic was laid made my nail beds look extremely wide and completely flooded my cuticles. As you can see in the attached photos, everything I am describing is visually there. Linda was the reason I continued coming here for years, but ever since she left, I genuinely have not had one good experience. At this point, I honestly cannot even comprehend how some of these nail techs are licensed.
