Side French mani

This was my first time in the salon. Thank you Tina for doing a spectacular job! I love the new trend of the side manicure. I'm visiting Bensalem from NYC and I'm very satisfied. I'll be back.

Tina did a great job!

Tina does my nails and takes great care of my sensitive skin issues. She has the best techniques to not hurt my nails and they have gotten so strong since I started going to her back in October. Steph does my hair to perfection. I am actually due for a hair cut soon and I won't trust anyone else to do my hair now! Highly recommend this place!

The shape I wanted

I don't even know where to start. It's been a year since I've treated myself to a mani/pedi due to financial reasons. I've been doing my own toes and using press ons from cvs! It was finally time to find a salon that was able to fit me in before I went to my first bachelorette weekend. I walked into this salon and realized I was able to not only get a gel pedicure, but also a full set! The wait wasn't long at all since it was 6:30pm! Once I got back to the pedicure chair, the lady doing my toes told me to close my eyes and relax (while talking on her phone the whole time). I explained to her that I get bad ingrown toe nails and I've been doing them alone and injure myself. She mad it very clear she was a pro at this. About 10 mins later, I look down and my toes were done and painted! Normally at other salons they take their time with cleaning up the bad stuff lol. I was skeptical at first because it was so quick. I got over to the nail chair and the man had me sit down and I showed him the shape I wanted. I asked for dip powder short length and he kept pushing for me to get gel powder. I asked if it was the same price and he said yes. While he was doing my nails I was getting worried because they were the complete opposite shape I even wanted. I went home disappointed and spent $100 on both when the original price was $45 for nail & $45 for toes which total to be $90. I tipped the guy $20! For doing my nails for 20 minutes. I woke up the next morning to my big toe being super sore. As I looked closer I realized she didn't cut or help any of my toes besides the big toes. I had to get my cuticle cutters and do every single one myself, like I have been all year. I used peroxide, and Neosporin to prevent infection. All of my toes were overpainted with gel! If I would've known my service was going to be rushed and not taken seriously I would've saved my money I worked my ass off that day for! I work with concrete and I try my best to keep my hands and toes healthy! All I wanted was for my cuticles and everything to be nice and decent again. I am extremely upset about this and I hope this doesn't happen to another person. I guess this is what you get for getting your nails done at a hair salon

My nails

When we first came in a young lady named Tina welcomed me and my sister. Everyone in the salon was extremely professional. They were also very nice ie giving us water and chatting. Tina did my nails and Jamie did my sister's. This was our first time getting the holographic nails and we both loved them. It was a great experience and we'll be back. Maybe not just for my nails either, they do hair and facials as well!

These are Minnie Mouse nails Tina did for our Disney vacation ... So cute!

This is a great place. I've been going here for many years, even after moving an hour away 10 years ago. Evelyn is the BEST!!

REPLY TO OWNER…read more Anna, I need to clarify the facts since your reply misrepresents what happened. I actually came back to the salon about 20 minutes after my appointment because the haircut was uneven, and I told you in person that I hated it. It didn't look like any of the photos I showed you -- I asked for long, blended layers - the length to be 2" below my collarbone, and instead my hair was cut into a much shorter bob. The result is at least 5" shorter than what I requested, and the bottom 3" of my hair is very frizzy from the thinning shears. I never get the bottom of my hair layered nor did the pictures I showed you have that style. You also charged me $240 instead of the $160 I was quoted for root color, highlight touch-up, and a haircut -- a 50% upcharge that you said was for extra product. It doesn't make sense that all three services cost $160, but "extra product" alone cost $90 more. This is not blackmail. I waited months hoping you would make it right, but nothing was done. In the meantime, I've had to spend hundreds of dollars on products and tools trying to manage a haircut I didn't ask for -- one I will now be stuck with for a year while it grows out. My review reflects my honest experience so others know what to expect. I would have gladly refrained from posting a review or updated it if my concerns had been handled professionally.

I am very disappointed with my hair. I went here a month ago and asked for a short WOLF CUT. I did…read morenot get what I asked for. I received a Karen cut instead. First photo is what my hair looked like, then what I asked for and then what I got done. I'm crying right now because of this. I do not recommend and I will not be returning.
