The place is very clean, which I think is a plus. Some of the spa places might be a bit ghetto looking, definitely not this one. The staff were very friendly and professional. The staff start off checking my scalp with the machine. Then my massager lead me to the room to prep for session. I believe my massager is Amy. She was really good with my massage. She definitely target my tensed shoulders and trying to break the knots. I really enjoyed that massage. After my 1hr massage, I was asked to sit up while she quickly transform the massage bed to a head spa bed. I thought that was pretty cool because I don't have to get out of the bed and wrap myself around and walk from room to room. The head spa was a little different than my other experience. I believe because Mulan head spa actually use Chinese herbal tea to soak your hair and scalp. I end up falling asleep in and out during my head spa. I'm not sure if it's the Chinese herbal tea or their hair product they use, but after that head spa, my hair feels silky smooth for days! And way less hair knots I get. I do highly recommend trying this place out, especially for their massage. Surely ask for their membership or group packages to get a better deal for your spa.

I feel as though I wasted $95 for the second time; that was the price with the tip.

I was able to call and get an appointment after work very easily and get my gel pedi for $30! A total steal. As I arrived in the plaza there was plenty of parking and only a handful of ladies inside so I was seated right away. One of the main reasons I do not like getting my nails done is because of how time consuming it all is! You wait to get them done, you wait for the polish to dry, you wait to pay......I just can't deal with it. THANKFULLY this was NOT the case! I was in and out in about 30 minutes with great looking tootsies. There was no pain in the removal of my cuticles or dead skin. I also was given a sugar scrub on my legs and a hot stone leg massage as part of my pedi! The only reason I do not give this place the full 5 stars is because it does look a bit dated (including the massage pedicure chair that didn't function properly) and many of the nail stations were messy looking. I've had my hair cut there several times and they only bad thing I really have to say is that the language barrier is a pain in the ass. They barely speak English, but they do know what they are doing if the message gets through. They also take quite a while working on you so you don't feel rushed. I have issues with sitting long periods of time like that so these are my only complaints. If you're willing to try to break that language barrier and give them a try, be very specific and detailed with what you want, stop them on time if you don't approve of what they're doing and redirect, they will listen. They keep a file on you once you've become a customer, let's say you get your hair dyed a certain color, they keep that noted in a file in case you don't recall what color it was. Pretty neat idea.
