He and his team cancelled/ no showed on my tenant more than 5 times and was super unresponsive when scheduling. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue.
