The best place in south eastern Wisconsin to get a pedicure. I've never had a disappointing experience. They're the best!

Seriously you cannot go wrong here. Their pedicure room is truly the most relaxing spot in town out side of your own home of course! The staff is always so kind and friendly. I recommend this place to everyone! read more

Love this place, very professional and relaxing! Normally go with the wife but went alone Today. Got me in right away and left clean and relaxed! read more

Had both a mani and pedi a little over a week ago and honestly felt rushed. I did schedule the morning of So I thought that was why. What is frustrating though is with a week, my gel nails started peeling and my pedicure is already wearing off the edge of the nails. I have never had gel last less than two weeks, and usually longer. My pedicures usually last a month or several. I am somewhat new to Kenosha and a new mom so this was my first time getting time away for myself and was hoping to find a new "go to" place. I thought I had found it based off of the reviews and the ambience when first arriving to utopia. But unfortunately I will not be returning here. read more

Always prefer coming to this location compared to the others. Owner is very friendly and I appreciate how he always remembers my name. I just go in for pedicures so that's all I can speak to but I have never had a bad experience at this location. Their techs always take the time to the job well. Which is not something I can say for the other locations, where I feel the job is often rushed or they have techs that do not know what they are doing. read more

I've gone to plenty of nail salons for mani & pedis with my GF and Utopia trumps all! Staff is warm & welcoming which is a huge plus on its own compared to your ordinary nail salon. The pedicure room is amazing! Tastefully decorated, low light, and absolutely relaxing! Didn't want to leave (lol) I look forward to coming here again & again. read more

Very painful experience. I came to get a new set of gel nails. The lady cut me about 4 times. Twice at the same spot that bled a lot. She had to get a paper towel to pat away the blood. She also twisted my thumb wayyy too hard. Came out pretty but not worth the cuts and pain. I think her name was Zara. read more

Come here all the time! Love love their pedicures!!!! We get the 30 min extra massage and usually fall asleep because it's so relaxing! Totally recommend pedicures here! read more

I have gone here for many years. I love the ambiance and the whole staff is so friendly. They are also very efficient and my manicures last a long time. Beat nail salon I have ever been to. read more

Me and my 2 sisters made an appointment to get fills, this is not my usual salon as i live in Maryland. They both were called back at once, I was called back but sat waiting for 15 minutes until Nadia came. She took over an hour to do a fill. I had to remind her to use bonding agent. My fill is so thick I am going to have to get a fill again and it's only been a week. She did not seem to know what she is doing. I learned later that she is the owners wife? She needs some training and more practice before doing nails. This was a waste of my time and money. read more

First time here. Nana put on a full set of acrylics. I choose a color and she asked me gel or regular. I asked what was the difference and she said gel has more shine and wears better so I said do gel. Cashier told me $45 when the website says $35 he says gel is another $10. I pay but was not happy about not being told. I get in the car and adjust my ponytail and my nails are ripping out my hair. I look and they are all jagged and rough. My sister tells me they should be smooth and not pull your hair. By this time I'm to upset to go back in so be careful what they do for you and ask questions. read more

If heaven had a Nail Salon this would be it! This place is beyond amazing. I live in MIlwaukee and make the 40 minute drive here just for a pedicure. The quit room for the pedicures is like nothing I have ever seen before. The room is very dark and relaxing, the ceiling looks like a night sky with stars, and there are fireplace pictures above each chair. It would be impossible not to feel relaxed in here! Friend and I went in for 2 Pedicure and 1 Manicure and total was $86. read more

I'm very happy with he service and the employees. I had Angie and she as wonderful. Nadia and Jesus were great. And Reyna was very good too. There was three of us and we were all very happy with the pedicures, massages, and manicures. Thank you. read more

This location is great for a relaxing spa pedicure. I would definitely recommend and return for this service. However, I have now had 2 less than average gel manicures. The first one, I thought I just had a less experienced or distracted manicurist. So, I gave it another try. The next time, I honestly could have done a better job and this included me nicely making some suggestions during the manicure. Like "will you be trying to even up the sides with the 2nd coat". Bottom of the polish is uneven on different nails and there are still small gaps on the sides. It just doesn't look very professional. read more

The absolute best nail salon! In addition to having the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a nail salon, the salon is also one of the cleanest I have ever been to. Most nail salons have the nail area and pedicure area in the same room which creates a chaotic and noisy environment; very difficult to relax. Not Utopia! Utopia's pedicure room is completely separate from the nail area and is dimly lite which allow you to enjoy some peace and tranquility in silence. Definitely my favorite part! Utopia also does dip nails which has done wonders for my nails! Thank you Utopia for allowing me some serenity every couple of weeks! I am indeed a customer for life! read more

the person who did my nails today has no commons sense of what someone wants for a nail length. She cut them without asking me the length and are so fucking short. Then she continued to file i till it was my own nail underneath read more

Took my daughter here for acrylic nails with regular polish. Richard did her nails and he was super efficient and her nails looked great! She was very happy with them. What has taken us two hours at at some other places, took 45min here. read more

I drive from Gurnee-ish to go to Utopia. This place is rated #1 but only because they seek out the nomination. Why does anyone that massages any part of the body keep their diamond ring on? Isn't this common sense? Especially when hitting sensitive areas such as the bottom of a foot especially when that's the part I have been waiting for?!?!? I received a French pedicure and I didn't notice until after I had tipped (generously....well that and cuz I have no balls to say) but she didn't buff the nails remove the discoloration from previous polish which shows thru to bare nail. And none of the polish was even. Over the past year I've noticed a lot of attitude in the nail techs here.... a lot of pushing and tugging instead of communicating. It's a nice place and it is relaxing but it could be better. I'll try another place closer to home. read more

I won't go ANYWHERE ELSE!! My friend introduced me to Utopia Nails II..Wow! Most places you feel like you are in a zoo; feeling rushed through your 'me time'. It's loud. It's frustrating and totally not relaxing! But have no fear! There IS a place that you can disconnect from the stress of life and just be pampered! I only have done the pedicures here, and can't rave enough about how fantastic they all have been. Massage chairs, the soothing water, the hot towels, the massage.. THEN there is the room!! Not all bright and annoying! Waterfall wall, a night sky, mini fireplaces above each chair, and ... IT'S QUIET!!.. The atmosphere is completely perfect to relax and unwind. The staff has always been super thorough and wonderful. I have my favorites, but have never had a 'bad' experience. Highly recommend! My job demands I be on the phone all day 11-12 hours a day, plus working in a busy office in general.. I need these super mini 'getaways'. Been going here almost monthly for about a year now. Usually stop at the local coffee shop first, grab my tea, then hop on over to Utopia II to get pampered! :) Next appointment is this weekend! Can't wait! read more

I just love this place, very efficient, on time, great service and fantastic pedicures. You can not beat it for the price. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Utopia for almost 10 years and have had a consistently wonderful experience. Amazing service provided by knowledgeable technicians. The pedicure especially creates a spa like experience at a very reasonable price read more

Would you like the best spa pedicure at regular pedicure price? Look no further. I gladly drive from IL for this quiet, relaxing, HEAVEN. Service is fantastic! Your tech is always with you, doesn't leave to answer the phone etc. Massage and hot towel wrap. This place is worth the cost for the pedicure room alone. Incredibly accommodating for large groups! read more

I am sitting here while my toe nails dry writing this review. I am so happy that I came here for a pedicure. The place is nice and staff is super-friendly. Today Jessie did my pedicure and she was wonderful. The massage, hot towels. My feet and nails look and feel so refreshed! They take you to a private area 'quiet-zone' where it is dim lit and very therapeutic, nice spa background music was playing so relaxing. I am so thrilled to find this place and will continue using them! read more

I went in yesterday for a gel manicure & saw Eva! She was absolutely wonderful, she paid very close attention to detail and held a conversation the entire time. She works Wednesday-Sunday's 9-8 and I will definitely be returning to see her! Definitely call in advance for her as she does stay busy with her extensive clientele! The man at the desk is always helpful, and the ATM does charge you a dollar for using it but Utopia does reimburse you that dollar at check out! read more

Nice place. Well organized, nice selection of colors. I appreciated that the place was clean. I especially liked that the pedicure tubs had liners they changed out. Pedicure room is quiet and dark. I liked it. Technician pleasant and knowledgeable. No chip lasted 2 weeks exactly. I think that is the norm. Many places I go to it lasts 3 weeks. read more

Just called to make an appointment & the man was so rude . The quality of this place has certainly gone down over the last couple of years .

I literally just walked out of their shop after making an appointment a month ago and confirming twice because they're said I didn't have an appointment scheduled this is the second time they have done this to me. I called last week to confirm and spoke with the owner and he confirmed and then also got a text to confirm and he said I didn't have an appointment. UNBELIEVABLE!!! read more

Great service! We called somewhat last minute to schedule 3 pedicures. They squeezed us in, but did not rush us at all. I will definitely be back! read more

This is a nice place to get your nails done. From my experience, the staff was friendly and easy going. Out of the whole experience, my nails turned out beautiful and I'm pleased with them. I got normal gel nails for reference. The only reason why it wasn't 5 stars is because if the price of a pedicure, 32-35 dollars just seems a bit much, but hey that's just my own opinion! Would recommend otherwise! read more

Thanks to Yelp for always helping me find a great business no matter where I am. Utopia was a slight challenge to locate, but success was had. They were very busy the one day I stopped in, but made an appointment for a few days later. Angie did my pedicure and she was awesome. I really like the hot oil massage that went with the pedi service. First time someone also put my socks and shoes back on for me. By the way, I'm a guy, and there were plenty of guys in there for the service. Very popular salon! Definitely recommend. read more

I use to really love this place, but over the last couple years I feel like the quality of my manicures has gone downhill. I'm currently searching for a new nail salon. Yesterday my daughter and I went and had manicures done and it sealed the deal for me on not going back. My nail polish doesn't even cover my entire nail and my daughters nails chipped terribly. It's been less than a day. read more

Great service! Would definitely recommend and return to get my nails done. The spa pedicure is awesome and very relaxing.

My first visit today and I was so impressed. Angie did a great job with my mani pedi. This place is clean and beautiful. There is a dark and relaxing area for the pedi with massage chairs. And this includes hot oil treatment and hand massage. There's plenty of parking and inside lots of seating. I will make this my regular spot and I drive from Gurnee. Worth it! read more

I have high expectations for nail salons, especially coming from Scottsdale, AZ. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my time here. I got a pedicure with Theresa, who was very good at her job. My heels were cracked pretty bad, but she was very gentle and made sure she didn't hurt me. The hot wax massage was great and I nearly fell asleep from how relaxing it was. Although I loved the quiet room, it was hard to communicate with the girls I went with and my nails weren't shaped the way I would prefer. All in all, I do recommend and I will be coming back! read more

The quality of work and customer service has deteriorated over the years. I will no longer be patronizing this establishment.
