Went in today with an inspo pic and ended up coming out with way more beautiful nails than the picture!!! It was my first time doing these types of nails so I was hesitant, since not a lot of people are actually able to do them, but I've been coming here for years so I knew they were going to be great and they did not disappoint.

I had such a great experience here! The salon was very clean, the team was friendly, and they clearly follow proper sanitation and disinfection protocols. which is extremely important to me as a licensed esthetician. I got a hard gel overlay, and they worked quickly but with great attention to detail. My nails came out beautiful, and the service felt efficient and professional from start to finish with Tina. On a Saturday when no other nail salon would take me Utopia Nails gladly did. I thought Kathy did a great job. I got a pedicure that included all the works minus the volcano powder. The package included paraffin wax, hot stones and 10 minute massage. They made sure they timed it so they don't shorten what is included. It was a nice experience and I would definitely go back.

Coming from LA it has been extremely difficult trying to find a new nail salon out here in the IE area. Let me just say that Utopia nails did not disappoint! I called last minute to see if they had an opening Friday. They told me to go in and they would be able to help me. It is conveniently located on Sierra and Orange, there is street parking but there is also parking behind the building. Kevin did my nails, first time I did gel x and they came out really good. Tina did my pedicure and she did a great job as well. It is a cute little shop, very clean and neat. I would highly recommend coming here if you are in the area. They were super nice, provided excellent customer service and were personable. Thanks again! I will definitely be coming back

Very unprofessional !!! They don't honor appts. 1. First time I made an appt, which was scheduled for 6:30 pm I showed up and come to find out the decided to close their shop early. I had a paid babysitter and I came from a long distance as well. Very disappointing. 2. Second time I made an appt which was today at 5:30 pm I show up and they ask me to come back at 6:30 or 7 because they are running behind or better off they would text when they are ready, never got a text . What's the point of an appt? Never coming back again. - I never write bad reviews but this place really got me upset. read more

This place has terrible service. The lady rushed through my nails. There are hairs and air bubbles. When putting a decal design she left them with air bubbles. And then when I asked her to please do it again she did a worse job. Then she got mad at me telling me she has other appointments. I had an appointment too, was I not important? Now my nails look worse than I went in. Never coming here again. Gotta pay someone else to take this off now. read more

I've been going to utopia nails for over a year and I've never left unhappy. Most recently Tin did my nails in black and white dip with red flowers which she drew by hand. She was patient and told me not to worry that she would work on them until I was happy with them. Everyone who works there is super nice and all do great work!!! Satisfaction and hospitality are the reason I will continue and highly recommend utopia nails. read more

I enjoy the service, it's small, clean and the employees are friendly. It's best to get there early, they are always busy in the afternoon. I've gone a total of 4 times and only done my nails dip powder as i prefer it better than acrylic. My nails last much longer than with acrylic and it does not damage my natural nails. I have a nail that is very sensitive and they have always been very gentle when doing my nails. It's always a good idea to bring pictures of how you what your nails done so they can best match your nail style. read more

Just tried Utopia Nails for the 1st time today and I love this place!! I got a fill with Henry and Tina painted my nails (gel). Henry was very considerate of what I was asking for for my nails and you can tell Tina knew what she was doing. I've been in search of a good nail shop in Fontana for a long time!!!! This shop was highly recommended by a cousin and it did not disappoint at all. The staff is all so friendly, funny and attentive. I usually take forever picking a color the man told me it's fine take your time we close at 7 (it was only 3!). I made an appointment for 2 pedicures and a gel manicure on a Saturday at 230pm. When we walked in the shop was full, however they were prepared and took us right away!! I've been to many shops in the area and even walked out of 1 due to bad service. I get my nails done every two weeks and I can say with confidence I've found my new shop! Prices are reasonable, customer service is great and the shop is conveniently located for me. Great shop Utopia I'll be back and bringing more family members with me. read more

Have been coming to Utopia nails since they opened and have always gotten my nails done by Kaylee the organic dip powder queen. But today I went in to the salon super last minute for a wedding this weekend and she was on vacation. I was attended by Tina today and she was AMAZING. Was super patient with changing shapes and dip colors to find exactly what I wanted. A little natural yet a little glitter for so umph. I'm BEYOND pleased. YASSS TINA. read more

I have been to this place before previously there was a guy working there I think his name was Peter he doesn't work there anymore so another guy did my nails he didn't do a bad job on my hands but He didn't use enough glue the diamonds came off the second day and lady who did my feet didn't do a good job the nail polish came off the next day even though it took me an hour to drive to their place of business when I was there over three hours because they only had two staff members so one was doing my nails on my handy then I had to move to go soak my feet for my toes to be done Because they only had two people in the whole shop it was just too much not a great experience. read more

They did my nails 1 week ago . The guy Ernesto knew what he was doing , but he had a dirty small towel that would go under my hand . I told him to change it and he just flipped it over, which even that side looked used . The lady's station also had a dirty rag . This was my first time going , I will not be going back. read more

This is my new favorite nail place, i got my nails done by Kaylee, who's always amazing. She's very sweet and gentle, almost every nail tech i have gone with has cut me but she hasn't, she's very careful. I asked for ombré pink and white powder, coffin shape and they came out amazing! My husband found this place on yelp for me because I was sick and tired of all the local shops. I have been coming here for two months now, regularly. Well that will no longer happen! You are rude and quality has gone so downhill. I had my nails done an hour later diamonds were falling off. I went back three hours after having them done and they refused to fix them without me paying more money. After I had already paid too much in the first place. They were horrible and ugly and the gel was lumpy!! She seriously wanted to charge me more money!!! Fuck this place! I'll be reporting them for using dirty tools and not washing their hands! read more

Honestly love this place. They take their time and really do such a great job!! They are so friendly, definitely AWESOME customer service. First time and will continue to come UPDATE: I returned after having such a great experience my first time. This time I was so rushed. I was asked how long I wanted my nails and before I answer, they were cut short. The lady didn't even allow my nails to dry. I was left with multiple bubbles. My mom went in for pedi/mani and they completed her pedicure but when it was time for the manicure they told her she didn't have an appointment so she needed to leave because they got busy. They told her to return the following week. WHY ACCEPT SOMEONE KNOWING WHAT THEY WANT, THEN KICK THEM OUT BECAUSE YOU GOT BUSY?! NEVER will I return again. Maybe they are only great when they are SLOW... read more

Whoever did my nails did them so gentle an careful. However the acrylic application was horrible. I got gel polish with a matte top coat, short medium size coffin nails for $38. But the acrylic is so lumpy and uneven :/. Nicely shaped just wish the acrylic application was done better. read more

I decided to try out a new spot and I think I finally found a keeper! I got medium coffin gel nails with a little foil glitter and I'm obsessed reasonable pricing only $40. However I do recommend you make an appointment or go early in the day when they are less busy. They were super busy when I went on a Thursday afternoon so my nails were super rushed I was left with acrylic all over my fingers. The actual nails and shape are gorgeous but I think they could have done better. read more

I asked her to consult with a supervisor for accuracy, this would be the primary concern (I go somewhere else for routine facials). She passed the phone to another person, that person said I would have to do a facial and the "neck and chest" would be an "add-on" service (the facial was required). She shared there currently was a promotion for the first laser facial at $50, which I thought was great. She advised to book online and said I could also do it through yelp, just let us know when you're here that you want to add the neck and chest. I scheduled my laser facial. I drove from Riverside to Rancho, I arrived about 13 mins early (I was advised to be there 10 mins prior). When I checked in, I explained I was there for a laser facial and wanted to add the neck and chest laser treatment. I clarified my primary concern was the hyperpigmentation on my neck. She said I couldnt do the neck and chest during my first appointment- that I first had to do the facial only... and I would have to book a second facial, that time I could add the neck and chest. I explained to her what I was advised over the phone a few days ago when I called. She agreed to look into it some more, I waited for her to read some material on her screen. And then she tells me that I in fact can add the neck and chest during the first facial, but not today. They would need an additional 15 minutes for the neck and chest so it couldnt be done today during my laser facial appointment (it was still early afternoon and they close at 7pm). So we couldnt proceed if I wanted the neck and chest. This is beyond disappointing, I was really looking forward to the entire experience. Ive heard great things about Skin Laundry and Im into skin care. I even thought, they might win me over and I will end up being a regular customer... but no, this was a major inconvenience! Very inconsiderate of one's time and effort. And for the staff to not be certain of their services! I wanted to love this place but totally the customer service I expected. And enough for me to NOT return. Probably saving myself from being scammed into some bs!

Then the nail scratching started. As a healthcare worker, I was internally screaming. But I stayed strong. They asked my partner (straight hair) if he wanted styling. Me? They just grabbed the blow dryer and went to town. I don't use heat! Walked in with lucious curls, walked out with a puff ball. No warning, no discussion, round brush chaos was my fate. Overall? I felt relaxed until that blow dryer came out. Then I was just overwhelmed with a side of big fluff. They were extremely sweet though! Might come back. Might not. 3/5 would recommend if you're brave, have straight hair, maybe some low hair expectations, and don't mind a little curtain peek-a-boo!

Absolutely ridiculous to have massage chairs and not allow your customer to use them. I also had $30 in rewards which they didn't let me use. They only let me use $15 and said if I wanted to use the entire $30 that I need to spend a minimum of $120. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT IN THEIR REWARD PROGRAM!! I even asked the last time I came because I bought a new house and I am moving so I won't be close by and wanted to use my $30 reward and was told I could use it all at my next pedicure. The worker who took my payment refused to let me use my points and is such a liar. Shitty customer service. Very disappointed in how they lie and switch up the "reward rules" with zero notice to customers. I used to really enjoy coming here but after today no.

Tina bitch ass told me to go today after work when I literally live and 30 mins away . I rushed over thinking that since I have an appointment booked I would get my service . I arrived at 5:23pm , I sat and waited 20mins before being sent to put my feet in cold ass water . The person doing my feet was taking her time . It's so unfortunate because I've been here before and loved my nails but this time I have no idea what happened. I wasn't asked what length I wanted my nails instead the person just cut them. I then asked for them longer and ended up leaving with my nails looking so bad. I was definitely rushed. I literally have nail polish around my nails and the person didn't even clean them.
