We signed the rental agreement and opted for the additional insurance just Incase to be safe. $50 for the mixer and other $24 for the additional Insurance and tax as clearly stated on our rental agreement. This place charged us $700 dollars!!! The guy who worked there didn't know what he was doing and ran the card over and over again and actually joked about "Hope it doesn't charge you multiple times". He assured us it would not. When we returned the mixer the guy who unhooked it let it slam into our tailgate not only denting it but leaving an orange scratch on our grey truck! (The cement mixer was orange, so no denying that one) This place is full of incompetent people who don't give a crap about anything! DO NOT ever use this place. Home Depot charges about 10% more, I would say totally worth it! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

CONS: - The only thing I can think of is, there are really no well marked parking spots here? I kind of just pulled my vehicle up next to the huge propane tank. The employee said it was okay since it wasn't busy. FINAL THOUGHTS: - If you NEED to fill your PROPANE TANK, this is the place to go. I once went to a location elsewhere, and they charged basically a two 20lb tank minimum. Rip off. GO HERE. It's almost as easy as filling up your car with gas.

I wish I had been told prior to driving there about the condition of the tent. At first sight, the tent is very beat up at best. The top part has to be held by tie downs in order to hold with the bottom part. The latches don't work at the front. The top also had a huge dent and finally, the tent had a hole as seen in picture. I was told by Adam the tent was fully cleaned but we found trash inside. Some floss, gum wrapped in paper and some chapstick. This is a side business from his automotive main business so there was a long wait for the install and removal of the tent. It definitely served its purpose but definitely not worth the price.
