Essentially an ADT broker. No service after they cash the commission check. No follow up to emails.

Do not give Utility Bellhop ANY of your information! This company is very sneaky. They reached out…read moresaying they were contacted by our realtor, when in fact they received our information from a company I was considering for home insurance, Clay Paul. The company reached out saying I would receive a gift card for setting up a phone call with them. We set up the phone call, the business seemed shady and we were right not to use them to set up utilities, or give him any further information. They tried to say we were not told we would receive a gift card but when I sent the screenshots showing they did in fact say we would receive a gift card for setting up a call they said they would be sending it. Weeks later I receive a notice that my electricity has been transferred to a different provider and right on the notice it said Utility Bellhop. I called Bobby, the owner and he stated it was a mistake on Iron Horses part, that they used the wrong list and they were reversing it. He then said my gift card was in transit and I should receive it in 10-15 business days, but once we got off the phone he sent it to me electronically. When I called Iron Horse about the electricity they stated Bobby is a liar and gave them our information as a customer. Needless to say Bobby has told countless lies and just keeps telling more and more trying to save his failing business. Now after writing a review he has started harassing me via text message.

Have called twice and was told there was nothing they could do and I could cancel but Woukd be charged 295. This company is dishonest. Don't do business with them.

Cirro energy is impossible to work with. Their representatives put customers on hold for a long…read morelong time. I was on hold for almost an hour and normally I wouldn't have time for that but I have had surgery and was at home instead of at work. So I just kept holding to see how long it would take to get my question answered. A couple of months ago when I was out of work because of surgery I signed up for the deferment plan and only 2 days later I realized that I did have the money to pay without having to pay that interest that came with the deferment plan. I called them back and paid the entire electric bill and told the representative that I was doing that and canceled the deferment plan. In spite of that they continued to charge me extra money on my bill for the deferment plan which included interest. At that point I should've had a zero balance. But each month after that they continue to charge me extra for the deferment plan. I changed to Gexa after looking at the website called "power to choose". Today Cirro called me and told me that I owe them $799 even though I paid my September bill and received a bill for October for $300 which I had planned to pay in a couple of days after receiving my first check back to work since my surgery. I normally do not leave reviews like this but I have never been so disappointed with any company in all my life. I am shocked at the way they have treated me after being a customer for 3 1/2 years and a 73 year old widow that has always paid my bill on time.
