Have been 100% satisfied in every way with Ambit. Our experience has been very positive, our calls have always been answered in a timely manner, our bill is cheaper, and we are getting points on the electricity we use for free travel, and we are now working on getting some free electricity. I love that this company has forced rates to be much lower now in our state because they have kept their rates low, it has caused the other providers to reduce their rates as well. Where else can you get lower rates AND earn money by helping your friends get lower rates as well, this has been a win/win for us,. ( Our old company, Bangor Hydro, also known as Amera several times disconnected us even though we DID pay our bill, kept us on hold for 45 minutes, then we hung up and called back only to wait longer, it's taken them three days to put our power back on, sure they paid for the food we lost when through their own fault they turned our power off for three days, but it ruined the gathering we had planned for those days. Our rates with Bangor hydro were astronomical, and we ended up paying all year catching up on our winter bills, they did absolutely no favors for their customers,) I'm so glad we switched. I recommend Ambit to anybody wanting an honest decent company who takes care of their customers, for years we put up with so much less, thanks Ambit for coming into our state. YAY! read more

This is the second or better say the third time I used this company. The first time Rayna helped me out with my first home. It was a very easy and smooth process and It's been 8 months and no issues at all with the electricity. She found the best rate for us. The second time i recommended this company to a friend at work who was overpaying. My friend was so happy with the process and until today he hasn't had any issues. Finally, today I helped my parents with their electricity, Adrian helped me out today. He found the best rate and explained everything to us. I really liked how easy this process is.
