I had to complete an application with another Electric Provider due to after 72 hours the issue still wasn't resolved on Compare Power end or Atlantex Energy end. Also, do not choose Atlantex or sister company Atlantic, the customer service is unprofessional, there's no first call resolution and they do not have the proper CSR experience. It was a hassle and very mentally draining. I would never known my services wasn't yet switched after being approved until I called the electric company, this was after sending in identification and lease for address verification, some I never went through with any utility company.

They tried to brush it off as a "power outage," but Encore had to come out and replace my meter to fix the issue. Champion Energy did absolutely nothing to correct their error or make it right. He has to take off a half day to be home from 8:00 am to noon waiting for a frontier visit. How do companies get away with treating customers so poorly. I took photos of the Gas Meter outside and the meter shown as 2259 and it well below 2324 even after 5 days the last read. In my area, Atmos is the only Gas provider. No competition no improvement and monopoly is always lead to corruptions. Don't know when we can see more providers that we can choose from like Electricity.
