I live in a modest 2-bedroom apartment and my utility bills average around $250/month, which is significantly higher than my friends and family who live in similar or even larger spaces. On top of that, Champion made a huge mistake by submitting a disconnect request on the wrong meter. This left me without power for 24 hours while the other 400+ units in my building still had electricity. They tried to brush it off as a "power outage," but Encore had to come out and replace my meter to fix the issue. Champion Energy did absolutely nothing to correct their error or make it right. Between the outrageously high bills and the complete lack of accountability, I would strongly caution anyone against signing up with Champion Energy Services.

We lost our WiFi connection so my husband went to speak with the guys and could see wires cut and a big mess around all the utility boxes. They basically dig up everything. Our provide, Frontier, has no live person that can be reached so on Friday my husband had to schedule a service call through an automated service which made an appointment for Monday. He has to take off a half day to be home from 8:00 am to noon waiting for a frontier visit. How do companies get away with treating customers so poorly. ATMOS can go around causing damage and not be responsible for fixing it??? ATMOS is a TERRIBLE COMPANY but we have no other options where we live. We are stuck with them.

Make me wonder it's on purpose or what but I am the victims of this practices. My case is from my January bill statement the meter reading from this company is from 2109 to 2324 which consumes 215 CCF so I got charged almost $400.00 even I just replaced the whole home HVAC system. I took photos of the Gas Meter outside and the meter shown as 2259 and it well below 2324 even after 5 days the last read. In my area, Atmos is the only Gas provider. No competition no improvement and monopoly is always lead to corruptions. Don't know when we can see more providers that we can choose from like Electricity.

    Most things went great…read more Pest service? Nope... they don't do that. Internet? No dice. They push you to Xfinity internet ("great deal, low price, super fast speeds - we'll deal with any issues for you!"). Xfinity sucks. Xfinity never showed up - to 3 appointments. So, I called Chris - my "My Utilities" rep - and he then changed his story that he can't actually help with Xfinity. It's my problem. Then, Chris' boss says he'll help - and will call me with 1.5 hours with information. No call. Nothing. All promises, and no delivery. They mist be getting kickbacks from Xfinity or something because there is NO way they should support Xfinity unless there is money in it for My Utilities. User beware..... if it sounds too good to be true? It is.....

He assured me he'd handle everything but never sent details, followed up, or contacted me again. Had I relied on him, I'd have had no utilities on move-in day. Fortunately, I used ComparePower dot com to compare plans myself. Be wary of seemingly low rates (e.g., 10.3¢/kWhat 1,000 kWh) that spike to 20¢/kWh at lower usage. MyUtilities markets itself as a convenience but mainly directs customers to providers that pay them referral fees--if they even bother to call back!

A big puddle formed in my back yard. Several broken heads. I finally gave in and called in the pro's. Steven returned my email and we ended up exchanging texts and he came out on the next weekday. He did some serious work the same day he checked all my problems and had everything running in tip top shape in a few hours. For exactly the price he quoted. Really pleased with the work and the explanations - showed me a maintenance issue I needed to be aware of. Pricing was extremely fair for all the work he did. Glad to find him and will use in the future whenever needed- highly recommended. For those people who had problems reaching him - maybe try to email or text him - worked for me but maybe you need to be persistent.
